I recently had the pleasure of interacting with NICK from QuickBooks Chat Support, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with his service! Nick was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and efficient in resolving my issue. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and guided me step-by-step until the problem was completely resolved.

Works flawlessly, haven't touched it in years, even forgot how my orders were syncing with QuickBooks because I never need to think about the app as it runs so well.

Thank you Francis! The customer service on this Shopify to Quickbooks app is accessible, extremely helpful and show a well experienced crew there! I have tried the Intuit to Shopify connector app and did not have success so returned to OneSaas and am completely happy. I have been using them since 2017 for my previous website. Way to go OneSaas team!! Thank you Francis for taking the time to help my transition back to ONeSaas to be pleasant and accurate! I reallt appreciate you!

I just started using QuickBooks and for now the experience has been great. I had many questions which were replied by Customer agent Nick very efficiently. This has been very helpful to use the app with confidence.

Great app and support service. Nick helped resolve an issue that had been persistent for several days within a few hours. Quick, efficient and friendly service. Can definitely recommend.

Sherwin was helpful and professional, quickly diagnosing the issue and handling everything on their end. The explanation was clear, and the fix was straightforward. The only downside was the not-so-subtle request for multiple reviews, which felt a bit pushy. Otherwise, solid support experience!

Settings can be fiddly on the initial setup, but the live support is very good when they're online. Nick offered to help and solved all issues. Great customer service.
