This app is super helpful, although I've had a few problems with data syncing lately. However, Ruth has been super helpful in working with me to resolve the issues

Vinny and Sherwin were both exceptional. I can't say thanks enough for their help in resolving several issues with the connector. I know sometimes integrations are tough, but my experience with the customer support team has been fantastic. Truly appreciate their help!!

I worked with Sherwin, he was patient and helpful and answered all of my questions. He did troubleshooting first. Very happy with his performance. Second time, Sherwin does not disappoint. He is accurate, to the point and helpful.

Francis is very good and i would recommend him at any given time. Great work and understand this inside out, i am an IT Specialist but we all in two different area of work and he is great at what he does. Keep it up

Jebran ( Jeb) was very helpful. He was very patient and help me with my connector issues. Rob has also been great help. Rob and Jeb went above and beyond for me as the app was having a lot of obstacles for me.

Sam and Francis were very attentive and responsive when I reached out to chat support.

Excellent support from Nick! He quickly identified a SKU mismatch and got everything syncing with Shopify again.

Sam was very helpful in helping me connect my Shopify and Quickbooks' account, and also with the re-sync.

Francis was as helpful as it is possible to be in a chat support. I would always prefer phone support which is not an option. As far as chat support goes, Fransis was great.

The most glitchy app ever. Intuit cannot create anything without an insane amount of glitches. Support just blames shopify for it not working and won't actually help you resolve the issue. Edit: I have waster over 8 hours and the staff at Intuit are the most useless people around. They literally hung up as they blame shopify for all the issues with their app.

Chelle was very kind and willing to help. Ultimately, I needed to contact Shopify support for assistance on this issues, so it was not resolved.
