Something about a new app integration caused errors with the older app integration. However, Sam did a great job walking me through the process of fixing up the old app.

Working through some bugs in the app for our needs, but Jijii has been great to work with thus far. We are just used to the old connector.

Recently, I attempted to migrate to QuickBooks Online, with this integration being the primary reason for the move. I tried importing data starting from 7/1/25, but the integration does not transfer all transactions into QBO. For the transactions that do import, the system forces a “Review” on most of them, even though the information is always correct. This results in unnecessary manual work and appears to serve no purpose other than wasting time. There option to bulk confirm transactions does not work, and they are not added automatically. QuickBooks Online Connector technical support attempted to reset the integration on their end, but it did not resolve the issue. I have also tried purging the company file to reconnect, disconnecting and reconnecting the app, and forcing a resync. None of these steps have resolved the problem.

The app works great for us or has so far, when we had a syncing issue due to some incomplete fields that I hadn't set up initially, I got a very simple walkthrough and explanation of what was wrong and how to fix it. Sherwin was awesome at this and very nice to chat to on top of being helpful.

Not only has the app been the best app for connecting qbo with our 2 store platforms, Shopify and WooCommerce. But the customer service team, especially Francis, who I always ask for fixes the issue promptly and always gets everything back up and running smoothly while we are chatting on live chat, I don't ever have to wait a day or two its done live right away.

NICK Nick was a great help today helping me clear some data issues aswell as helping me with a new syncing process for my shopify to quickbooks. If i can recommend any support agent Nick is defenitly who you want to talk to hes very knowledgable and very quick he has been an absolute life saver today and Nick if you do read this thanks a million your a star and keep up the hard work, i am a very trick customer in a complex situation and he has listened and helped me to the best extents and i am truly amazed with how quick and all the good ideas he had if i have any other issues hes my number 1 support agent and i will always request for him. The app mostly works but has some issues with tax rates - Nick has helped greatly in getting the developers to look into them for us.

The new forced migration to the new connector is completely broken and does not work causing hours of additional work cleaning up the mess it creates. The new app was rolled out with nearly none of the functionality of the historical connector (which worked nearly flawless for years). Now we are spending hours each week manually making adjustments to transactions not properly synced with the new application.

Chelle was an awesome help reverting the app to the old version which worked perfectly. I'm hoping in the future, any new app versions will be tested properly before implementing.
