Five stars! The app works well, but the real star is the customer support. Arlene helped me with my Shopify to QuickBooks integration and she was phenomenal. Patient, clear, and super helpful. Thank you, ARLENE!

Excellent service from the chat popup. No need to struggle figuring things out when they are on top of the handling everything from the chat. Sherwin made it super simple to back date the sync and confirm setting were correct.
