Sherwin was fantastic at helping me connect and sync my Etsy. So far all is well and I have a place one place for all my e-commerce transactions.
The new version created a host of problems for me. I reached out to support and Jasmin helped fix the issue. She guided me step by step and was very patient and friendly.

Jii was extremely helpful with an issue I was running into with my Shopify integration. In fact, Jii even provided a job aid that walked me through Shopify menus to correct the issue going forward. That is more than most vendors are willing to do in helping a customer. I appreciate the assistance.

Awful app, old one was much better. It is very glitchy (so far, five glitches) and far more admin than the previous version. Jasmine was very helpful, but issues are still not resolved so the app is unusable

After many tries and brick walls, I finally got in contact with Rhica. She figured out why my connection with Shopify is causing me issues. We got it fixed in ten minutes! Thanks so much Rhica!
Sherwin from customer support just save me lots of minutes per week, possible hours per month after fiwing some syncing issues that by now I had learned to live with by manually fixing it on qb. Don't be like me if you have an issue or if you are just setting the connector up contact Sherwin and save your precious time
