After the initial review below things have taken a turn for the worse, no fault of the support team, but the developers. Hence the 5 star review has been reduced to 1. Firstly, there is the import doubling up the VAT and changing items from inclusive of VAT (20%) to exclusive after a transaction is reviewed making each transaction 20% higher than actual. Secondly, transactions that have a postage charge cannot be reviewed and added to Quickbooks as they give an invalid tax error which cannot be changed as the tax for postage is not able to be changed at this point. Free isn't the best option so I've not changed to a paid integration (current trial) and as it's early in the financial year may move away from QuickBooks completely. --- original review which was 5 stars --- You really can't ask for better help than from Jasmin. She helped escalate a small issue with some of the imported Shopify orders to get this resolved. I recently moved from another accounting package that didn't connect to Shopify directly and am so glad I did. The import is so much cleaner and doesn't need anything doing to it unlike the previous package. Perfect experience so far.

Great service from Vinny to help revert back to the older integration. Although it did take 2+ hours to get it sorted. The new integration didn't work for me - sales revenue wasn't pulling through correctly and payments were going to undeposited funds. But since reverting to the old integration everything is working great.

The sync settings on this new integration app are very limited compared to the previous version. I spoke with Chelle who looked into my issue and while there isn't currently a fix, I should receive notice once the developers add the features we need. Chelle was great to work with!

Hensleigh was a great help, today and yesterday, and gets 5 stars. However I feel like the shopify integration app is a MESS and qb can do MUCH better!
I have just started using it, needed some help, RHICA did a great job assisting me through initial setup and everything looks good so far.
Sometimes the connection is buggy, but thankfully the support team is wonderful. Sam helped me to go through everything and fixed the mess. Sam is wonderful.

Great help with explaining the whole process and sticking with me for almost 4 hours. Francis was extremely patient and knowledgeable throughout, making sure I understood every step clearly. He also helped me with the QuickBooks and Shopify integration, which made a big difference for my business operations. On top of that, he took the time to answer all the questions and doubts I had without rushing, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very smooth and helpful experience. Shoutout to Francis for the excellent support looking forward to more assistance in the future! NIck was also a great help for another issue i encountered.
