Had an issue we didnt know we had, I was contacted by sherwin immediately to rectify! 5 Star service, very helpful and communicated very well what our problems were. Very much so happy with his help. Paul got me all set up on the app and so far so good! I've been dreading getting our quickbooks and shopify sync as i thought it was be a pain but needless to say it's been painless!

Clarisse was a great help, i was coming in completely blind on how to link shopify to Quickbooks. She took me through each process and helped me a long the way. She was polite and responded so fast. Great service would definitely recommend Clarisse!!!

I am new to using this app and Ronnie on the chat support was quick to assist with answering my questions and helping me connect my online store to Quickbooks. Very quick and efficient service.

I was having issues integrating my payments with my Shopify to my QBO and Sherwin worked with me to get the issue handled. He stick with me through thick and thin until he had the issue resolved. He kept me calm and reassured me - I never became frustrated because I believed he would see me through and he did! He cleared up months worth of issues that had been created on my end. Yay! Fantastic service from Sherwin! Ask for him by name! :-D

I've needed help to make some adjustments and setup some changes to that everything would work out good. Sherwin, Rom and Karol at the customer service were helpful and precise with the help I received. I would definitely recommand this app with it's amazing customer service. Thank you again Sherwin!

Great app for syncing stores. It works for Canadian customers selling in USD as well, just takes some time to setup correctly. Sherwin was amazing in helping me get everything up and running, so far so good!

I'm about to write a critical review of an app which I truly like and for which I have received exceptional service. It is not an understatement to say that I would not be able to operate without this free app from OneSaas syncing the data between Shopify and QuickBooks for me, and when I have asked for help they have always been able to assist me. Here's why I have deducted a star: As polite and helpful as they are, I don't want to talk to them anymore. I've started submitting tickets for items that could easily be resolved with a quick chat because at the end of an online chat, they ask something along the lines of, "Can you do me a favor?" That is followed by a very specific request for you to write a review AND to use their name (i.e. the name of the tech that assisted you) when you do so. I think they probably get some kind of bonus when their name is mentioned, based on the fact that every one of them asks the same way, but I am not going to review an app every time I get assistance from them. One review should suffice, unless your opinion changes, but I can't mention one tech and not every other who has provided me with the same level of service. Plus I'm usually trying to resolve whatever the problem is while I'm still assisting customers, and I don't need to prolong the interaction. OneSaas, you should know you have a great team and they have always been polite and professional, but please stop telling them to beg us for a review!

Karol helped me so much, im really happy with the app! thanks to Karol i was able to get shopify orders into the qbo platform which was quite difficult if you dont know what youre doing.

Messed things up while synching my quick books account with Shopify, but Karol from support helped me out super fast (not even taken 10 mins) and got everything sorted and made it running. She was very supportive, attention to detail, on top of everything, double checked with me all configurations just before she proceeded, and overall very impressive. Thank you Karol
