We had an issue with or sales from shopify pulling through to Quickbooks and after a couple of failed attempts i finally was connected to Ben who knew exactly what the issue was and resolved straight away he's been an absolute godsend. I just want to say thank you so so much

We had an issue with syncing between shopify plus and qbo. I chatted with David who was really helpful and very patient with me. All sorted within a few minutes and all the syncing errors fixed and corrected for future transaction.

Rom was very helpful and fixed my errors promptly, great service. This is the second time Rom has helped me with my problems always helpful and patient. He has sorted out my syncing with quickbooks online Shopify, mostly of these are my mistakes setting up the app in the first place.

Ronnie was a life saver! Just helped me seamlessly set up my first Shopify integration into QBO and it was so easy! I literally just had to answer a few guided questions regarding account mapping and he handled all the rest! Oct 19-2023: Logged on today after received a notification that there was an issue with the sync. As soon as I logged on Sherwin was there to assist with correcting the tax codes that were giving me grief. Sherwin was very knowledgeable and was able to answer questions and provide additional information to help me from a making what would have been a really mess -- changing the import style to deposit/ payout instead of order! This makes integration with backend accounting a breeze. Works really well and a kind of killer feature for quickbooks. Support is great - available, fast response and have never failed to solve my issue on first contact. Clarisse today was super helpful for the 4 minutes it took to diagnose and resolve an error. All in all I had an issue for under ten minutes which is awesome.
