There was a discrepancy between sales showing in Shopify and Quick Books of $13,000. I spent 4 hours talking to employee names Francis and even though he did his best to find a discrepancy, he couldn't. I requested the escalation, and am currently waiting to hear back. I expected more from this app. Discrepancies of this size are not acceptable.

It works very well in Australia; it is cheaper for Shopify users than the beloved Xero. Support is excellent, I had so many issues, and Ronnie could sort things out in a blink of an eye. Recommend

Rom is the best! I was helped every step of the way and Rom made my connection with shopify and qb seamless. Highly recommend using this app, you won't need zapier. Made my life so much easier! Hope you get Rom on the other side of the chat.

I had an issue synching some transactions from my Shopify store to Quickbooks Online. Sherwin asked my chat and resolved my issue in seconds. It has to be one of the quickest and easiest customer service calls on record. Thanks Sherwin for being a superstar.

David was fantastic in helping me after I deleted some transactions. Thank you for all your help resyncing my cash receipts. The app works very well to sync Quickbooks online to Shopify. The only thing I would recommend is Sales Tax options. We pay our local sales tax, but Shopify takes care of the others.

Quickbooks online comes with a OneSaas Connector portal to connect services such as Etsy and Shopify. I had a support member called Ben send me a message through the interface as I was setting things up and help me with my questions. That's fairly astounding service and has greatly impressed me that this company is really aiming to achieve the best service they can.

Fantastic app and awesome support. I had trouble mapping my data to quickbooks and Ronnie to the time (about 30 minutes) to walk me through everything and make sure I was all up and running. Well done! Quickbooks is a no-brainer for any Shopify store owner.

I have been dealing with some sync issues and couldn't figure out how to fix them. I contacted chat support and was lucky enough to reach Karol. She was able to not only fix the issue, but she told me what the issue was so I could fix it myself in the future. I wish I had reached out sooner! A+ service. No waiting in a chat queue or speaking with a bot. Outstanding! We need more people like Karol in this world!

Usually, I do not write reviews (positive or negative), but as one of the customers using QuickBooks and Shopify connector, having Sync issues with error messages, I decided to leave one to share my experience. I was so lucky to connect with SHERWIN. Very nice, polite problem solver :). Nowadays, we do not experience good customer service, but Sherwin helped me to resolve my sync problems in a matter of minutes from start to finish. Thank you, Sherwin. I am glad that we have such a great support.
