QuickBooks Online

I had some challenges getting the OneSaas system running, but, Rom was able to patiently guide me through the process and help me test each feature. Now I can get back to working on the business side of things, this technical challenge well in hand.

Excellent service and help from DAVID! Helped me solve the problems I had with connecting to my Shopify store and he helped me sync the data from my Shopify store.

I've had the app installed for awhile, but didn't have it set up properly resulting in hundreds of orders not syncing with QB. I had help from one of their support staff, Ben, and he helped me identify and address the various issues clunking up my connection. Not only did he get hands-on in helping me fix the issues, he also provided info on how I can address or change any of the information on my own in the future. I hope I can upgrade this review to 5 stars once a few weeks have passed and the data is processed more smoothly.

Very good synchronization between Shopify and QBO, and ROM's support is super awesome! He helped us with expert advices.

top customer service with Ben ! I tried several time to do what i wanted to synchronised, but i didn't get it. With the support service with ben, he found the solution and take care that it works. the app is very good

Paul was really helpful and knowledgeable, I need to go away and set a couple of things up as I know how to make things complicated :) but Paul was great and I'll be back in touch with him shortly to complete the configuration.

I recently had the pleasure of working with SHERWIN to set up OneSaaS for QuickBooks. SHERWIN was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to understand my needs and to explain the different options available to me.

This app is outstanding - it has saved me hours of time each month on accounting. And the customer service is top notch. I had a sync error today due to a change I made on the QB side and Sherwin was able to get things working again in just a few short minutes, all well being incredibly friendly. It's one of the few places that talking to customer support is actually enjoyable! I highly recommend this app.

Sherwin was awesome and wonderful. Patient and knowledgeable. He solved all of my sync issues and now all is working more smoothly than before. Would request him again if needed!

Fantastic customer support from Rom that solved all my problems with the app. It would have been impossible without him. Great app! UPDATE: they updated the app as January 2025 and nothing is working anymore. I have been waiting for an update from their customer service for 3 weeks and they keep telling me the developers are working on it. Terrible app and customer service

I had issue's with products and orders syncing with errors and David was all over it and help me pretty quickly. Now everything works great and I have learnt how to fix it next time. Thanks Heaps

We had such a good experience with getting help syncing our Shopify and Quickbooks system. Sherwin was quick to respond and provided help with all of our issues.

Ben helped me quickly load an order in from shopify. He was quick! I appreciated his quick help and kindness.

We received excellent service from BEN today ! We had trouble setting up our Shopify-QBO connector and he took to the time to go over the error messages and help us understand where the issue was. Extremely helpful !!

Paul got me all set up on the app and so far so good! I've been dreading getting our quickbooks and shopify sync as i thought it was be a pain but needless to say it's been painless!
