I had some problems connecting my shopify to my QBO and Paul from customer services was quick and very helpful !! The chat customer service is awesome, quick and effective!! An other day I still had some problems with the synchronization and Dean was super helpful and quick!! Thanks!

This app is great, really easy to setup and get going, and even better once you get the hang of it and really learn what makes it tick. David from the support team has been amazing recently, has really helped me fine-tune my sync so that I dont have to worry.

Today I got to experience the online chat and let me tell you- this was unexpected. Sherwin was amazing and super helpful in every way possible. Instantly found the issue and made sure each decision and change was explained properly and brought it down to regular people lingo. If there were more stars I would give more. So far my experience was really good! I am helped by Ben throughout the whole integration process. He is patient, he explains things clearly, showed very good knowledge/understanding of the two systems (QBO & Shopify), and also good understanding of the accounting side of things, which was impressive. Very satisfied with my experience so far!

The app works great for the most part. I've had numerous issues, but they do always get resolved. Most recently Troy helped me solve a big issue of invoices not syncing properly. He dug through old stuff to come up with a way of solving some issues that were persisting. Went out of his way to fix it.

5 Stars for support. 3 Stars for the app. Support, ROM, was helpful answering my questions. Provided quick and precise answers. The QuickBooks and the app itself still need improvement when dealing with bundle item SKUs. update: another review for support 5 stars. Sherwin was quick and solved my problem.

I needed to add some historical data from shopify and I needed to do it quickly - SHERWIN on the live chat sorted everything for me and saved the day. I had tried to do this with another company and after days there was no progress at all just 1 live chat with Sherwin at 7pm and my problem was solved. He was polite and friendly and I highly recommend the app as well as the outstanding customer support.

I use this app to sync my Shopify transactions with Quickbooks Online. Whenever there is an issue with the syncing, I Chat, and issue is fixed immediately. Troy was a great help!
