QuickBooks Online

There's quite a lot to the app, but the support is first class. I've used their live chat today, and I've had quick replies and questions thoroughly answered by Lori who really understands the product. She helped me about a problem we were having with PayPal, she identified the issue and provided a solution, and set up a support ticket so I could share the solution with out book keeper. I can't see why you wouldn't use this app if you use QuickBooks, it makes life easier.

I have had a great experience using QuickBooks Online and Support SHERWIN is the best. He helped me with my syncing issues and saved me a ton of time exporting from Shopify! Thank you so much.

This has been a fantastic app. I would say it is a little challenging for absolute beginners, but the chat and online help is wonderful. Rafael just helped me today to work through an error code that for me, seemed like it was in another language; tax talk. While there are still stumbling blocks for this beginner, the app and the software is so easy to use once you get it set up. LOVE the cash flow planner and the ease of reconciling. Highly recommend.

The app helped in updating our new QuickBooks software with sales going back 6 months. The customer service person I was lucky enough to speak to, BEN, was fantastic. I could sense his passion from the screen. He was really patient and even though the app said we could only sync back 30 days, he was kind enough to ensure we got all the data going back 6 months into the software. It saved me a lot of time and he was brilliant and remained online all through the process. I am very happy. If the product performs as well as the support service then i am confident i will have no issues.

The live tech support service was fantastic and allowed me to continuing working into the evening as I started my chat at about 8pm in the evening. David, the tech support that answered the chat bubble, was incredibly patient and took the time to explain the changes needed along with screenshots. He was able to quickly help me resolve an issue with the configuration, clear the outstanding sync issues being experienced, and show me how to fix it myself in the future - all in less than 15 minutes. Kuddos to your customer service, David!

The support service is great! They have solved all my issues immediately and SHERWIN was very patient and helpful. He not only solved the connecting issues, but also took the time to explain why it was not working.

Thanks to (ROM) I was able to connect two Shopify stores to my Quickbooks. However, I wish I could connect both using just one app.

I had some challenges getting the OneSaas system running, but, Rom was able to patiently guide me through the process and help me test each feature. Now I can get back to working on the business side of things, this technical challenge well in hand.

Paul was able to help me through some issues I had getting it set up but all good now! Thank you Paul Had to get some help after I messed it up and needed some errors fixed. Sherwin was amazing and handled it right away.

This app is very comprehensive but a bit overwhelming a first. I was having issues troubleshooting an error and Sherwin fixed it for me within minutes! Great asset to the CS team

Would totally recommend, SHERWIN gave great app support and it works great, will continue to use for a long long time

I've had the app installed for awhile, but didn't have it set up properly resulting in hundreds of orders not syncing with QB. I had help from one of their support staff, Ben, and he helped me identify and address the various issues clunking up my connection. Not only did he get hands-on in helping me fix the issues, he also provided info on how I can address or change any of the information on my own in the future. I hope I can upgrade this review to 5 stars once a few weeks have passed and the data is processed more smoothly.

Very good synchronization between Shopify and QBO, and ROM's support is super awesome! He helped us with expert advices.

I have been using quickbooks for about 3 months. I blithely connected the shopify connector app to my quickbooks online. It is a complex process to get the two to integrate, and I didn't do it correctly. I got lots of friendly reminder emails from the app - so I logged in to get it sorted . I didn't know where to start , so I started a Webchat with Rom. The connection was immediate - no wait time at all. Rom was brilliant - and he knew the shopify and quickbooks platforms inside out . His guidance was patient, really clear, and did already I say .. patient ! I couldn't have been happier with his help, and am delighted with the outcome. Many thanks Rom !
