I use this app to sync my Shopify transactions with Quickbooks Online. Whenever there is an issue with the syncing, I Chat, and issue is fixed immediately. Troy was a great help!

I use this app to sync my products and transaction with QBO. For the most part, this program works. However, every once in a while a weird error will show up that they have to fix on the back end. Overall, I am pleased with it for the most part. Today, my support specialist was Ben and he provided excellent customer service and resolved the issues for me. Thank you, Ben!

Great Support. Worked with Paul, started the chat and he was there in a minute. 15 minutes later, he had helped me clear and sync about 3 months of backlog. Great attitude and problem-solving qualities.

11/27/2022: I tend to be skeptical when it comes to online chat tech support. However, I was lucky to get Dean. He was able to fix the errors I was experiencing and tackle a few errors that were hanging out there. UPDATE 12/8/2022: I tried the Chat feature again and got Lori. Once again I was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service. It was quick and easy to get my questions answered and the errors fixed.

Had, some advanced issues that needed tech support, and Dean helped me work through to solve the issues. I'm a very happy chappie, and my accountant will be too. Returned to need service again, Ronnie helped me solve the issue and had me on my way again in less than five minutes. Very happy with the service.
