My previous feed broke and I installed this. It is quite comprehensive and needs to be set up carefully. I got an immediate response from the chat and Karol helped me through what I needed. She stayed patiently with me until all the issues were resolved, adjusting and resyncing until we were happy. Incredibly impressed with the service -would definitely recommend. thanks Karol -you made my day 100% easier!

I worked with Ben. He was a ton of help syncing my historical data and helping me understand the various workflows and how transactions would post to my books. I was very happy with the service and really appreciated that I was able to work with someone one-on-one to ensure that my sync got set up correctly. I had to log off early during our first session and I was able to login in a day later and request Ben to continue my sync.

We had an issue (caused by us) that was fixed very swiftly. Rom was really helpful, and explained how to stop it occurring again and we wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending this app. On a second issue, we were helped by Vincent who also provide prompt and excellent service.

We had a few issues with syncing and tax set up errors, Ronnie fixed them all quickly and simply and the one he couldn't immediately fix he followed up via email and now we are back on track. This is so much better than previous app we used to connect. The support team are great and so polite and friendly. Would recommend.

Used this app to sync sales from Shopify to QuickBooks and was really easy to set up. Technical support from Rom was also excellent and they dealt with my problems instantly and made sure everything was working correctly before ending the chat

I have been using the QBO App. for the past two years, and with the bookkeeping team and lots of customer support, I have gained the knowledge to do my business myself and without extra employees now that I've downsized my business. Today Ben gave me the extra assistance I needed to fix an issue within the QBO Connector. Ben was patient and most helpful as he explained and worked me through the issue that had to be fixed on both of our ends. Great customer support! I definitely recommend QBO. Works very well for basic workflows, never had issues with support, clear interface, good reporting of issues encountered during the sync. Today I had a longer chat with Ron, he helped me to identify how we could implement changes needed to handle our workflow correctly. It would be great if advanced users could do some data mapping via some templates or rules, this could make it even more flexible and powerful.

This is a very nice app - it saves me a lot of time, and that's exactly what I was looking for. And the nicest thing about this app is the help you get from the customer support team.
