I contacted support at 10 PM my time I was surprised I got a person thought it would be an email. Ronnie helped me fix the errors quickly

I can't express how thankful I am for the customer service here. Sherwin helped me wit everything I needed and some more. Sherwin is amazing. Nowadays were customer service lacks from many businesses, it is so important to get help and kindness at the same time. Very thankful for Sherwin. Customer Service is A1!

Sherwin was awesome - quick and cooperative. I never felt stupid asking questions and he was able to provide working answers. Best 2 hour chat that produced results that will increase productivity. Now to tackle a years worth of entries. Thanks SOOOO MUCH

Support tres efficace du connecteur. Utilisation simple meme si l'on de connait pas la comptabilié. Malheureusement QB disparait de France en 2024.

The app works well...it was a bit confusing getting everything mapped properly at first, but the support is great and now it saves us tons of time each month. My support rep Paul is amazing and really helpful. He solved all my problems.
