This app used to be great but does not evolve with technology. I have been using this app for 4 years now with constant promises from the developers for app fixes and improvements, to absolutely no avail. Really disappointed in it, especially because I have to find another connector app that will support our business now due to this app's limitations.
Sherwin was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt and helped me get everything in order. I wish I made the switch sooner as the process was fast and easy.

The "Shopify Connector by Intuit" app is truly fantastic! Not only does it seamlessly integrate my Shopify store with Quickbooks, but the customer support provided by Karol is outstanding. Whenever I had a question or encountered an issue, Karol was there to assist me promptly and effectively.
Big shoutout to Ronnie for his profound knowledge that enabled him to navigate the intricacies of the integration process effortlessly. I was able to connect Shopify with QuickBooks Online without any issues. Once connected I had quite a few errors with syncing sales, tracking inventory and payouts. I used the chat box on OneSass to contact support. Ben was our agent and knew exactly what to do. He walked me through step by step and we were able to fix all the errors very quickly. I am not tech savvy but his instructions were clear and easy to understand. I always dread having to contact support but I was thrilled with Ben's help.

Wow !!!! this is CUSTOMER service. I have so many questions to understand well the QBO connector and Ben at customer service answered at every questions. He knew exactly my problem was and was a really good help for me and our customer to reach the accounting goal we want with the connection beetween QBO and Shopify. Firstly, Paul is a saviour. He really, really went out of his way to help me. He worked with me on livechat for the guts of 2 full days until my issues were fixed.. I would complain about the app but why things go wrong with software is way over my head so i wont comment. It works until it doesn't. And when it doesn't, if you have the likes of Paul helping you every step of the way then you're on to a winner. Thanks again.

Super helpful with their support Karol, take about 10 mins to resolve the sync issue regarding to the create new product from Shopify and sync it to quickbooks.
Thanks for Rom sorting sync issue, love this App there are only two things that can improve: 1. Often Sales do not sync to Quickbooks from Shopify because "someone was editing in Quickbooks" as reason 2. Sometimes if there was a change in SKU code after linking, you can not sync but I just contact customer support and they resolve. Will be good to have the option to re-link products myself this way I can do this on a monthly basis.
I received an e-mail saying something was wrong with my connection. I logged in and noticed quite a few transactions hadn't synced, despite being paid. I jumped on chat and within just a few minutes Karol sorted the whole thing out!
Jiji was great in helping me fix sync errors. Made a process that would have made my head spin very easy. Thank you!
