Releasit is honestly one of the best apps our brand has ever used. We’ve contacted their support many times, and they always reply incredibly fast. A special shoutout to Khusbhu, she was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, patient, and extremely helpful. She spent nearly two hours working with us to solve an issue related to our theme. Even though the problem came from our theme’s side, she stayed with us, investigated everything thoroughly, and ultimately got it fixed.
It’s very easy to use, and most of our sales come through this COD form. When I needed help with a unique design issue, I was surprised by how quickly I received a custom solution tailored to my needs.
