Rep AI saves our business so much time. The automated responses to customer enquiries are highly accurate and effective in helping the customer and saving our time. Very easy to implement. Support is excellent too.

Extremely disappointing. The support has been unresponsive for weeks, tickets remain unanswered. Basic functions, such as turning off automatic chat messages, are only available in an expensive plan. As a result, I was suddenly charged an annual fee of over $4,000 without any solution to my problem. Even worse: the bot automatically starts multiple chats with every single visitor, even if the customer never asked a question. This inflates the number of conversations artificially, so the monthly plan is never enough. In the end, you either pay constant overage fees or get pushed into overpriced plans. We even had customers call us directly to complain because they felt annoyed by the constant chat pop-ups. For us, this is nothing but a money-draining trap. Stay away from this app!

Contact with our team – According to our records, your email was answered. When the annual plan was accidentally selected, we responded promptly to confirm which plan would be most suitable, to help avoid any overage charges. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a reply. We’d definitely love to assist you as soon as possible. 2. Billing & pricing – Rep does not charge per conversation. The number of conversations cannot affect the price. Our pricing is based on website sessions, as explained on our Shopify listing and website. If anything about pricing still feels unclear, we’d be happy to walk you through it. 3. How Rep AI works – Rep doesn’t open chats with every visitor. Rep uses our proprietary AI “Rescue Algorithm” to identify shoppers who are about to leave without completing a purchase and provide them with helpful, contextual guidance. It’s similar to how a skilled salesperson in a store might notice a hesitant customer and step in to assist. This approach helps improve the shopping experience and increase conversions. To emphasize, the number of approaches does not impact billing. Apologies again for your experience - we are here to make things right, and have also reached out to you directly to make sure we provide any additional support you may need.

Rep AI has been so easy to integrate and use on our Shopify store. It has replaced our live chat feature, which has taken a substantial amount of workload off of our CS team. The AI is super intuitive and easy to train. Rep AI completely enhances our customer’s interactions with our site and products. The REP team (Aron and Dafi) have also been a delight to work with. The onboarding process was fast and seamless. They were there to support us every step of the way. Highly recommend!

The Rep team have been incredibly supportive and honest. I still had some time left on a previous trial, and even after a year, they let me use that remaining time. They also helped me get my account up and running again without any hassle. They have genuinely great customer service, always willing to help where they can. This app is incredible. The set up process is super, super quick - to which really surprised me, considering the amount of information on our site. I've been very happy with the responses that the chatbot provides my customers (I did spend a day or two correcting some responses) - however, aside from that it's been smooth sailing ever since. Regarding performance, it is a real game changer. With attention spans continually dwindling, it's super important to make sure we answer any questions and overcome any objections a potential consumer might have. Prior to Rep Console, we had to reply on the hope that consumers would do their own digging and find the information to their concerns/questions, and despite our best efforts to communicate this efficiently - this ultimately leaves all the work up to the consumer. In our opinion, this is a big no no, considering our (including myself in this) inability to stay focused on one task for more than 2 minutes. Having Rep Console means we are able to engage our consumer right away and ultimately overcome any potential barriers/hesitations at a much more efficient rate. Lastly, the customer support is incredible. It's really one of the most important aspects to any Shopify app that we use. They're super prompt & go the extra mile to correct any issue/answer any question. Couldn't ask for anything better. Cheers, Macsen

Die App greift auf alle Daten im Shop (Produkte, Bestellungen, ...) zu und kann so vielen unserer Kunden weiterhelfen. Es gibt auch einige Anbindungen in andere Systeme wie z.B. Zendesk. Support durch Dafi ist gut und es wurde bereits ein neues Feature auf unseren Wunsch umgesetzt.

Annoyingly guesses answers and often answers incorrectly. Support staff not good. Instead of providing solutions, just keep asking the next question.

Rep AI has been a major win for our Shopify store. The tool is smart, fast, and surprisingly easy to integrate.
