Die App greift auf alle Daten im Shop (Produkte, Bestellungen, ...) zu und kann so vielen unserer Kunden weiterhelfen. Es gibt auch einige Anbindungen in andere Systeme wie z.B. Zendesk. Support durch Dafi ist gut und es wurde bereits ein neues Feature auf unseren Wunsch umgesetzt.

Rep AI has been a huge improvement for our site. Before using it, search wasn’t helpful, and people would leave quickly when they couldn’t find what they needed. Now, it actually helps customers get the right information while also giving them the confidence to make a purchase. It’s a real replacement for search, not just another chatbot. I also like that it keeps improving. Adding to the knowledge base over time makes it smarter and more useful. Plus, it’s driving real revenue—especially on nights and weekends when our customer service team is offline. It fills the gap and keeps things running smoothly. Onboarding was one of the best I’ve experienced—fast responses, hands-on support, and a team that genuinely wanted us to succeed. I’ve tried plenty of chat and search tools before, but this is the first one that actually delivers.
