Integrating this chat into our website was incredibly easy. It's user-friendly, and the support has been outstanding. Dafi Zeitlin from the Rep AI team has been phenomenal, offering valuable tips, creative ideas, and guidance on maximizing the chat's potential beyond standard conversations. I'm excited to continue enhancing its features, and our customers have already found it to be extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

I recommend this app to small e-commerce business owners. Because it's so efficient and uses AI technology to benefit not only shop owners but also their customers. The support is incredible. For a small shop owner, the ability to negotiate and discuss what meets my needs makes this a very attractive chatbot to use in my shop. I have done the onboarding and online video meetings. Mine was with Gabriela S., and I found the support and process very easy to follow. It gave me confidence in their product and the people behind. Try it, you won't regret it.

Yuval and the team at REP are super helpful. I have been training REP and it gets better and better. It has reduced customer service inquiries, driven acquisiton with promo codes and also helped us to prevent international sales as only sell domestically but have influx of international inquiries. Love the product.

Great support for any questions I had- bot seems to be performing well based on information available to it. I have been monitoring the chats and seeing what information is missing in the product descriptions etc and once changed the responses are changed which is really great!

We love Rep! We had very particular needs and Sarah worked with us cheerfully and flawlessly to create our AI guide. It was a delightful experience, the AI was for the most part spot on and we are refining where needed. We are still in the trial period and we have already seen excellent results. Highly recommended!

Great app for answering basic customer questions when the folks who work at our small business are, understandably, asleep. They're always adding new features and we're excited to try some of the action flows that will facilitate things like cancellation or address changing for our customers!

We love RepAI. We tried a few other AI bots before we settled on RepAI and we settled on Rep for a few different reasons (pricing, ease of use, and mainly the helpful fullness of the team). We had talks with a few other of the "popular" guys (one starts with a Z *wink wink*), and they wanted us to commit to a year long contract without a free trial (what?!). The team at Rep has been super helpful from Adam on the sales team, Yoav the CEO jumping in and helping when we had some trouble setting up an A/B test, to Dafi who is our Client Success Manager that I meet with frequently who is constantly helping us with new ways to optimize our account. Like Rep claims, it pays for itself and should be a no brainer if you are looking for an AI chatbot to add to your stack!

shopify kee charging after uninstalled. No refund!! So , be careful with this app. Shopify bill and charge you, but the app is not part of shopify. If you have any problem with the charges, you need to go to RepAi, they don't fix and send you again to Shopify... At the end, no one is responsible for the charges, and you lose your money.

When you uninstall our app directly through Shopify, the subscription is automatically terminated, and no further charges are applied. Best app for the money, for sure! It's easy to use and helps my customers (I think). It saves me a lot of time. It's only too bad that you can actually get some of the more personalized features at the €299 per month mark. That's something I cannot afford, which is too bad. Other than that it's the perfect app for your store.

I have tried most of the chat system for Shopify and this one is the winner. Not only is the price right, but this one works right and has the best support team behind it. After some time learning about our products, "Glowy" has been giving great advice, answering questions and giving out super product recommendations to our customers 24 hours a day!

We are very pleased with the assitance we receive from our account Reps. They are always willing to help us implement flows and answer all of our questions. This app has also helped minimize customer service questions to our customer service team which saves a lot of time and payroll. The chatbot ai has been amazing in its ability to learn and adapt within its environment. The on boarding process was simple and any assistance we needed was provided.

I recently tried out this app and I have to say, I was initially hesitant due to its high price. However, after using it during the trial period, I can confidently say that it pays for itself in no time. This app is like having an extra staff member on hand, it's that helpful.

First of all, the customer service was friendly and helpful. However, the app didn’t impress me much. Several training sessions were necessary to get the app on track, and I still noticed incorrect communication between the app and my customers. Another negative point is the price. Depending on the size of your shop, it can become a significant monthly expense. After the trial period, the app counted one sale, but when I checked the details in my backend, it was doubtful that this single sale came through this app.
