Despite everything else working perfectly, the price of the product does not display in any format on the barcode labels. Could you please help me.

For the most part this app works well enough for our environment. However, today, when we go to print the barcode label, it will not load the image on the print preview page so we can actually print. We have tried it on 2 different laptops running Windows 11 and on our iPad and none will finish loading the print preview page. We cannot print labels at all, though I can print as many test prints as I want. Was there an update to this app? Thank you for your response Victoria. I have an open ticket , 38855387,and no resolution from Shopify after spending more than an hour on chat with a team member. And there has been NO response from Shopify since Wednesday, May 31. Through my own repeated troubleshooting and persistence, Friday I was able to get labels to print. With no help from Shopify. I think Shopify needs to quit reducing staff and actually train the people working for them to know the product they are supporting. Whenever I have contacted Shopify for support, they direct me to help files that I have already read or they contact some other team for resolution. This leads to lengthy waits for the customer. As a former IT Application Support Analyst, this would have been unacceptable to my employer. As a customer of Shopify, I find this unacceptable.

This app is glitchy. It keeps saying that it has created barcodes for products but when I got to print them then it says I have not created them.

It's very helpful for printing out retail tags. however, it is not the right app. for upc codes. There are not enough characters when integrating with other sales channels.

If you need a simple pricing lable it is good. But does not use standard size lables and has no ablity to other standard size lables. I would love to be able to use a barcord lable that provides for 3 lines not just 2. A little tired of always beening told to go out an purchased another monthly app to get basic functionallity out of Shopfiy.

when I first started using this app over 6 months ago it was great. However, the barcode I had printed no longer are seen by my pos, So I had to replace the previous barcodes. also, the template options have changed and I can no longer put things below the barcode or put the items that I need on the label.

Prints barcodes but as soon as I try to scan with my POS it says not found or wont scan at all. This definitely is not user friendly.

It does not work properly. although SKU and product name appers in the preview, they disappear when I print out.

So far, this has integrated easily into my online and physical store. I started off trying to use the Avery pages with my regular printer. The margins were off and I could not figure it out. I messaged tech support, they said it was an Avery issue and to message Avery. That was quite frustrating and the reason I deducted a star. To save time, I purchased a Zebra series label printer and its been great since. Honestly, I am glad I ended up purchasing the printer as I can print one barcode and not have to load a page or waste paper. It is ready to go when I need it.

We need more label sizes and able to change orientation. I sell skincare and need Dymo 30333 size labels printed landscape. Have been using app for a few years and love, but the lack of labels avail is a bummer. Cannot download labels as CSV so I can print through DYMO directly.

Updated to 5 stars. App does what it's says it will do.Engineers have now resolved the issue with the app and it is functioning again without issue.

Intuitive interface, relatively easy to use. Downsides: - Very limited selection of label sizes and no option for custom sizes. - Long barcodes are simply printed smaller, up to the point where no scanner can interpret them - Print interface starts, but does not show the label. PDF does download, though. Can make it work. I simply choose a slightly smaller label than my preferred size and print that, and make sure to limit the barcode length.

This would be great if I could only print the labels that I actually have in a POS location and not my WHOLE store. This option is not available and it’s a headache to go one by one to choose the amount of labels to print. I would be great if I could match my inventory to a specific POS location and just print THAT. Is there something im doing wrong or missing here? 6 MONTHS LATER AND IM STILL UNABLE TO PRINT LABEL BARCODES FOR A SPECIFIC LOCATION. THIS SHOULDN’T BE SO HARD TO DO. GET TO IT!

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review for our app. Just to clarify, Retail Barcode Labels is built for the Shopify Platform, and was not built as an integration tool with it's labels for third party platforms. Google may use it's own labels and codes, like GTINs, for example, which they have already determined and you can attach to your products via the Google Sales Channel and your Google Merchant Center Account. I'm happy to pass your feedback regarding having the labels generated by Shopify's app integrate with other platforms.
