We LOVE AfterShip! Dhanush was fantastic to work with. He helped us quickly resolve some issues between AfterShip Returns and Shopify, and the turnaround was much faster than I expected. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. His guidance made a big difference, and I really appreciated how smoothly he helped get everything sorted out. Highly recommend working with him. AfterShip Tracking & Returns has saved us so much time, it's hard to imagine running our ecommerce businesses without them!

The setup process has been very straightforward thanks to the extremely helpful support from Dhanush. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions, ensuring the system was configured exactly the way I needed for my brand’s exchanges and returns. The app has been working great so far and has made the returns process much easier for both me and my customers. Would highly recommend.

We have been using Aftership for years howvere, features needed for reports that used to be offered have been put behind upgraded paywalls. Additionally, the app will sometimes not load at all and will need to be restarted multiple times. Customer service does respond fairly quickly.
