so far so good. easy to set up. great document. I wish I don't have to be forced to review when I choose free plan and haven't got time to test it out yet!

I really need this pop up window to go away so that is why I'm writing a review. But for some reason it won't let me submit it!

Simple to easy to use but limited in terms of customisation. If you want a simple straight forward return process, this app can be helpful.

The app is useful so far. I'm not sure if i have settings wrong but i don't receive some email notifications.

Looks good. I am a new user. I am still trying to figure out how it works. Some options like customize the returns are useful.

The app was very difficult to set up and configure to a usable level. I do like having a built-in return option for my customers, but this is mostly a manual process once the shopper requests the return and you approve it. Update - the developer was helpful in getting the configuration as close as possible to how we wanted it to work. There is still some manual actions that you have to take as the product is returned, refunded, etc. I wish those things were automated - especially if we use their Tracking App in conjuction with the Return App. Keeping my fingers crossed they are working on that as it would automate the process.

App is not working. Cannot look up any orders. Keeps giving error saying Wrong order number and email. No way to contact support from the app. What a waste!

Looks great but Its been a headache to add it to my homepage and there's no way to contact the developers. Shame seems great.
Dear customer, Thank you for your review. To add your returns page to your store, you can simply copy your returns page URL, which is ".returnscenter.com", and then paste this to your store website by: - In your return policy page, add a text string, e.g. "visit returns center" and add the link; - in your store theme footer section, put the the link in your website footer. Very simple app. Could do with being prettier and more intuitive. Also I'm amazed it doesn't allow you 'the store owner' to manually create a return (on behalf of your customer) that may be outside of your normal return parameters. For example, lets say you've sent your customer their order but for whatever reason it's been delayed / lost etc and by the time the customer gets the item the return deadline you have selected (say 14 days) has passed and she want to return it for another size. Well, neither they not you can do this !!!! without amending the settings globally to accommodate! You would think the Master user would not be tied by any restriction on creating a return but they are!! Small point but a pain in the backside every time you have to change.

This Application works in principle, however there are issues with setting up multiple team members. I am still waiting for the Developers to help me resolve this.

The app has a very easy setup, I had issues with the logo sizing but otherwise, everything was great.

The app works BUT there is a bug in the system and the developers have yet to resolve it which is frustrating..Issue-customer submits return for approval- dashboard will show you have 0 pending returns to approve. You will only become aware that you have pending approvals if a) an irate customer calls you to ask why you haven't approved their return or b) you add "check the pending approvals folder for returns" to the long list of things you have to do to manage your business. Ridiculous- these notifications should be pushed automatically (which used to happen) please fix this!!

I haven't used the app yet. I actually launch my website today so I'm hoping it works well. I have the forever free plan but i'm confused about what happens if i get more than 3 returns for the month. Will i be charged? So it's been a little over a week since I have launched and when I tried to create a return for the customer it says that the items are non-returnable even though they should be eligible.

Won't let me post any logos to customize return page. Just keeps saying resize the picture even though I've tried resizing it small and large.

I put in the return address in the return address section, but customer still get emails list this: 2. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package. Return address for the package: [Company Name] [Return Address line 1] [Return Address line 2] [Return Address line 3] [Return Address line 4]

App is fairly easy to setup. It was a little quirky when adding photos or if you choose to use different photos for your portal. But its not a show stopper

Every time we try to approve a return it says network error. We would like to be able to automatically approve all returns.
Hi there, thank you for your review. To enable automatic return approval, you can go to Settings > Returns methods, and turn on "auto approve". You can also set zones or routing rules. Hope this would help. Thanks.

Awesome customer services, you can ask everything with the online support. Almost instantly. And useful app to track the return of our store.
