I gave Won access to my Shopify store and he troubleshooted and fixed the widget within 15 minutes. I am very pleased with the exceptional service that reviews.io team has showed. I recommend this review app to everyone with a Shopify store.

The worst reviews app. Their flows do not work, so you will be missing months of potential reviews, and they are not accountable for their mistakes. On top of that they dont give you back the reviews collected when you switch platforms, basically they steal your private information, even the ones you imported when you started using the app. Its a FRAUD

Simple functionality that is easy to use. Perhaps more importantly, the online support that is provided when issues occur is outstanding. A particular thank you to Leila for her support in helping us move our reviews over in a recent switch of eCommerce platform.

SUCH a good app. We use almost all of the widgets from REVIEWS.io. They're great at showcasing our products. The service is always incredible.

I'm satisfied with the service. They offer a lot of options for the widget, and the customer service is very helpful. Any inquiries made through the live chat are always replied to promptly.

This company appears to be run by Bots/AI - it is impossible to speak with anyone - the app DOESN'T work and you simply get fobbed off again and again

Extremely helpful. Helped me every step of the way across 2 days worth of issues, as I got to grip with the software and integrations. The support was easy, simple, and extremely helpful - not mention very knowledge with what the issue.
