We moved over to REVIEWS.io from Trustpilot a month ago. I wish we'd done it years ago. Trustpilot's fees kept increasing and we were still not getting the reviews snippets in our Google Ads. After two weeks with REVIEWS.io they're appearing on Google Shopping. Amazing service. Great app. Fantastic customer support.

Daniel was so helpful with all our queries. The app is a bit new to us and we're still going through a few learning curves but their support team is so responsive and also take in advice regarding how to better their product.

Set this up, assumed it was all working, one of the team reached out and said it is cheaper to go direct with them and cut out Shopify so I said fine, switch me over. A few months go by and I wonder why I have 0 reviews, go to login, no access in account, no active plan running. No reviews requested or collected this whole time. Speak to support to unlock account, pay for an annual plan, ask for help backdating review requests that I missed. But.. you need a more expensive plan. So I have missed out on reviews for months without my knowledge. Do not recommend.

This is such a great software! Being on a customer support team it's great to have access to all our reviews in one place. We can easily monitor and respond accordingly. The CS team at Reviews.io are absolutely amazing as well and leaves you feeling super supported along the way. Highly recommend!

One of the few applications with a Polish language version on Shopify. Great support, responds quickly and is very helpful. EDIT: When I upgraded to a higher package, I was treated unprofessionally. Simple bug fixes take months. Also, after upgrading, I lost access to several features I had on the lower package. Think twice before you choose this company. EDIT2: After a few more weeks of waiting for the introduction of a couple of translations that are simply wrong in Polish and reminding the support about it, the chat function for reporting problems simply disappeared :) We were abandoned. I will add another update in some time. Greetings

App is easy to use, pretty nice designed, intuitive for customers. Also, their CS is great and responsive. Props for Adam for helping me resolve some issues quickly.

Preis-Leistung ist wirklich top! Wir hatten vorher trusted Shops für die Shop Bewertungen und judge.me für die Produkte. Nun haben wir beides in einem für einen wirklich tollen Preis. Toll ist auch, dass wir Reviews.io auch mit Klaviyo verbinden können und hier die Bewertungsabfragen raus senden können. Was nicht ganz optimal ist, ist das unser Shop wenn wir alle möglichen Banner online haben an Page Speed verliert. Der Start war bei uns auch etwas holprig, da die Entwickler am Live Theme gearbeitet haben und manche Bewertungen dann doppelt und dreifach angezeigt wurden. Man muss allerdings sagen, dass das Team dann schnell reagiert hat und das Problem gelöst wurde.

I somehow messed up the codes and it was displaying on my website. I reached out the support team, Daniel, and he was SUPER helpful in getting it fixed. He not only fixed what I had messed up, he downloaded the widget to get the reviews to display on my website. Great experience.
