I didn't know where to start with adding the widgets, spoke with Maddox from support and was able to assist. Maddox took over and installed the widgets on my website by adding the snippets into the back end. Thanks very much for all your support! We are now working on getting the reviews over from TrustPilot and other platforms so we are starting from where we left off with previous platforms. www.fitnfly.co.uk

Smooth sales up front with all the right speak and shiny objects with promise of integrating the 4 apps involved in the upsell. The reality? Ridiculous onboarding experience and promised walk through phone call scheduled at one month interval for each app. Ridiculous.

very poor customer support when asking for a simple question, wont help without an upgrade, well Im no table to install it so definitely wont upgrade nothing!

We came from using a different platform for several years and their pricing model simply pushed us away. That's when we discovered Reviews.io and we were impressed about everything it has to offer. The UI is great and everything front-facing is easy to use. There were a few hiccups during the integration process but we are super grateful for Leila at Reviews.io for the guidance and support. Keep it up Reviews.io, we're looking forward to see all the cool things you'll bring in the future.

I've been using the App for a week now and I'm really impressed with the app and especially with the support! The onboarding process was super comfortable and even with more complicated questions, the support was always there to help me and did a really good job. The backend is very clear and easy to navigate. The integration with Shopify is easy and all widgets are visually very attractive. I also find the price-performance ratio very good compared to other providers, the costs are transparent and the scope of functions great. I am thrilled all around and recommend this app to anyone who wants to collect reviews on an independent platform.

Easily the worst customer service I've ever received for any product or service. There are lots of cool-sounding features but they're all buggy and don't work on even a basic level. I wasted countless hours going back and forth with customer support, to which they routinely ignored my questions and just spat out obtuse and unhelpful responses. I switched to Klaviyo Reviews and it has been incredible from the very beginning. Save yourself a ton of headaches and go with Klaviyo.

Would highly recommend installing the REVIEWS.IO app for collecting your reviews. It integrates seamlessly with my Shopify website and the dashboard is very easy to use. The customer service provided is helpful, fast and responsive.

We've been with Reviews.io for years now across Magento and now moving over to Shopify. It's hassle free, full of features with support you can rely on when needed. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to take company and product reviews seriously.
