I switched from another provider to Reviews.io. I was helped super fast and well with the export/import of the previous reviews and also with the integration into the theme the support and the dev team was very helpful. All in all, I am very satisfied so far and am excited to collect the first reviews via reviews.io.

Been with Reviews for years, their support is fantastic and the integrations are on point. I do wish there extended plans were slightly cheaper, but I guess you can't have everything.

I really like how easy it is to use this program as a whole. The design is clean, easy to understand, and simple to use, which I really like. The learning curve was not too steep, which made using the software very easy and simple for me. It's clear that the main goal of its creation was to help people understand it. I can't end this review without mentioning how much help Leila gave me when I started working there. Her advice was very helpful. Leila's deep knowledge of the software and her ability to explain it in a way that was easy to understand made the training process much easier for me. Thank you, Leila, for making my time so much fun. You set a high standard for customer service.

I have been loving this app!!! My clients are able to easily review my products which helps convert sales. Their help team has been very responsive and helpful any time I have reached out. I would highly recommend this app.
