Tolles Produkt und grandioser Kundenservice. Sie haben uns sehr bei der Einrichtung geholfen. Vorher waren wir bei Trusted Shops und Reviews.io ist wirklich viel besser.

I've been using the App for a week now and I'm really impressed with the app and especially with the support! The onboarding process was super comfortable and even with more complicated questions, the support was always there to help me and did a really good job. The backend is very clear and easy to navigate. The integration with Shopify is easy and all widgets are visually very attractive. I also find the price-performance ratio very good compared to other providers, the costs are transparent and the scope of functions great. I am thrilled all around and recommend this app to anyone who wants to collect reviews on an independent platform.

The customer service was excellent. Shout out to Maddox, he was very helpful and have helped us with setting up and fixing any technical issues. The platform was very easy to set up and use.

Easily the worst customer service I've ever received for any product or service. There are lots of cool-sounding features but they're all buggy and don't work on even a basic level. I wasted countless hours going back and forth with customer support, to which they routinely ignored my questions and just spat out obtuse and unhelpful responses. I switched to Klaviyo Reviews and it has been incredible from the very beginning. Save yourself a ton of headaches and go with Klaviyo.

Would highly recommend installing the REVIEWS.IO app for collecting your reviews. It integrates seamlessly with my Shopify website and the dashboard is very easy to use. The customer service provided is helpful, fast and responsive.

We've been with Reviews.io for years now across Magento and now moving over to Shopify. It's hassle free, full of features with support you can rely on when needed. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to take company and product reviews seriously.

I switched from another provider to Reviews.io. I was helped super fast and well with the export/import of the previous reviews and also with the integration into the theme the support and the dev team was very helpful. All in all, I am very satisfied so far and am excited to collect the first reviews via reviews.io.

Been with Reviews for years, their support is fantastic and the integrations are on point. I do wish there extended plans were slightly cheaper, but I guess you can't have everything.

I've been using Reviews.io for my Shopify store for the past few months, and I'm absolutely loving it. The app is incredibly easy to use, and it's helped me collect hundreds of reviews from my customers. I love that I can customize the look and feel of the review widget to match my store's theme, and I also appreciate the fact that I can easily segment my audience and send targeted review requests. The customer support at Reviews.io is also top-notch. I've had a few questions along the way, and they've always been quick to respond and help me out. Overall, I highly recommend Reviews.io to anyone who wants to collect more reviews for their Shopify store. It's the best review app on the market, and it's definitely worth the investment. I really like how easy it is to use this program as a whole. The design is clean, easy to understand, and simple to use, which I really like. The learning curve was not too steep, which made using the software very easy and simple for me. It's clear that the main goal of its creation was to help people understand it. I can't end this review without mentioning how much help Leila gave me when I started working there. Her advice was very helpful. Leila's deep knowledge of the software and her ability to explain it in a way that was easy to understand made the training process much easier for me. Thank you, Leila, for making my time so much fun. You set a high standard for customer service.
