To cut a long story short, we had a very convoluted onboarding process (entirely our fault). Reviews.io have been so accommodating and helpful, and patient, extending some of our services as a goodwill gesture to help us get caught up. The whole team is very professional, and the technical support from Kai has been excellent. Very excited to start getting some new reviews and building our social proof - will write an update once we properly get off the ground

Its a great company. I have a complex Shopify Store and they put their developers on the clock to get it exactly how I asked.

Support is awesome but in the end, there were just too many bugs when importing our reviews from the previous app so we did not keep it. There is too much Review.io branding in widgets, and you don't get access to all features with the highest plan advertised on the app store.

In my experience, the best Review company if you have a Shopify store. They built the best mouse trap for Shopify.

The support team is incredible - they definitely go above and beyond. From setting-up video calls and being available at all times via email, they have the personal touch and service that so many APPs or platforms do not have.

Very happy with the app. The support is always available and helps fixing little issues or installing a new feature. Can't complain.

Reviews.io was introduced to us through a colleague as a fresh, new means of collecting reviews, UGC, and enhancing our customer experience through our website. I'm so glad we made the switch from our old reviews platform to Reviews.io because they sure deliver! Not only were we collecting reviews in no time- thanks to their easy to use dashboard and guidance, but they also quickly helped us get our widgets set up, as promised. Customer Service (Kai) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very easy transition from Judge.me. Revies.io has so much more feature and the image/video first approach also convinced us. Fantastic app!
