Amazing customer service extremely helpful and fast at responding to queries. They are always on hand via live chat which is very useful when trying to integrate widgets etc and easily guide you through the process :)

Wow... customer service has been beyond incredible. Kai and Adam have been so helpful in my seemingly mundane, but driving me crazy, questions during the set up process of the app. After going through several reviews apps that didn't seem to hit the mark, I think I've finally found one that will go the distance! Excited to work together to get the best from our customers.

Amador was super helpful and great to finally have a platform with verified reviews!! Integrates really nicely with Google reviews too and they can also import in old reviews

Jake was phenomenal! I had an issue with my Customer Reviews not popping up and we were able to fix the problem and now all my reviews are viewable! Thanks so much to the Reviews.IO team I would recommend this app to any Business Owner wanting to start obtaining reviews on their site to build more Trust with their Customers!

Great app and set of widgets for shopify and really good value. One thing that's a massive positive is the support - the team are super responsive (they've always responded to me in 5-10mins ) and actually helpful! We looked at a few different review apps before but this one stands out the best by FAR

Reviews.io was a big help in collecting reviews. We were already doing ok with product reviews using another app but moving to Reviews.io helped us get our Google Local and Facebook reviews where they needed to be. Highly recommended.

Definitely a lousy app. they don't help. stay away. There are positive fake reviews. or try and see.
