We have been happy customers for 5 years. We are a unique company because we don't have a lot of skus, but do decent volume. All that said the price and feature set from Review IO met our needs perfectly.

Top app and would recommend to anyone. What set's it apart from others is the continuous development and improvements, bringing new features to adapt to changing digital trends. The support is top class too, quick and responsive. Shout out to Adam who helped me with some custom code to enable review images to show on my theme, thanks! Improvements for them to consider: 50 review invitations allowance for the basic plan isn't very many, especially when you factor in test sends being part of this. It would be nice to have maybe 80 or 100 allowance per month, since the next package up has an allowance of 500 per month but is a lot more money to commit as a small business. It would just help our costs grow more organically with sales, but I get for faster growth businesses the extra cost of the next package up wouldn't be a problem. Overall, very good hence the 5 stars.

I'm glad I went with reviews.io for google reviews stars, they have reasonably priced packages compared to others, they quickly respond to messages and resolve any issues. It is great to know that you are communicating with an actual human who is interested in supporting your business unlike another platform.

I think its best reviews tool on the market. I really like the team and the features are so good. Only thing I could criticize is the pricing of the UGC feature, which could be 40-50$ cheaper.

I have tried 3 other review apps and ended up uninstalling them within a month. I installed reviews.io and was having trouble accessing all of the features. Isaac and Jake were amazing! Extremely patient, knowledgable, and able to fix in 5 minutes what I had tried to do for 2 hours. Customer Service is fantastic, looking forward to using this app and all of its features!

I've been using this app for 2 months now on the free plan. It was okay to install everything following the instructions on the dashboard. The Customer Service is superb! I've spoken to them twice, and my issue was solved straight away! Highly recommend!
