Great tool for collection reviews and showing them in Google Search! Same Features but 1/2 price than other tools like trustpilot or trusted shops.

So far it has been a week since we have moved from JudgeMe to reviews.io and I say there is no turning back. Incredible customer services with quick responses, a ton of features not found elsewhere on the Shopify platform. We're using things from creating your own custom surveys, Klaviyo integration, company & product reviews, google review stars (which is fantastic!). Also there's full library of widgets that can be easily inserted throughout your theme, and for anyone on Shopify 2.0, you'll understand. Big shoutout to the whole team, we're looking forward on working with you folks, keep up the good work!

Von Anfang an schwierig. Die Beantworten keine Fragen schriftlich. Sondern versuchen Dich in einen Call zu ziehen. Der "kostenlose" Test lässt Dich nicht alle Features testen. Im Endeffekt sollst Du ein Abo abschließen, bevor Du Geld mit deren App verdient hast. Support drück sich unklar aus. Will dass Du buchst aber drücken es nicht so aus. Für Leute mit Geld die darauf reinfallen, bzw denen es irgendwann zu blöd ist. Wie sich am Ende alles integrieren lässt, habe ich immer noch nicht erfahren. Ist auch auf der Seite / App nicht zu erkennen und total unübersichtlich. Andere Apps sind da viel viel besser. Für riesen Firmen vielleicht egal viel Geld auszugeben, bis es dann läuft. Ich will gleich wissen, worauf ich mich einlasse.

I really enjoy working in the platform. It's one of those tabs I always keep open. One of the reasons we chose this app is due to the flexible nature of the widgets. I can put them anywhere and I especially love the zendesk & UGC bult on. Those were must haves!

Daniel was super helpful when i had issues with pulling in tagged reviews. He went above and beyond to get them working in a couple of places for me.

The best review app out there. We've used a few others for our business in the past, none has had the functionality and ascetics of Reviews.io. Highly recommended!

The app is really good but the best thing is the support and customer service. these guys are outstanding - they know their product inside out and will advise you quickly to make sure it all works and that you get the most out of it.
