I think its best reviews tool on the market. I really like the team and the features are so good. Only thing I could criticize is the pricing of the UGC feature, which could be 40-50$ cheaper.

I have tried 3 other review apps and ended up uninstalling them within a month. I installed reviews.io and was having trouble accessing all of the features. Isaac and Jake were amazing! Extremely patient, knowledgable, and able to fix in 5 minutes what I had tried to do for 2 hours. Customer Service is fantastic, looking forward to using this app and all of its features!

100% the best review platform out there for integrations and UGC etc, unbelievable customer service to, just spent an hour on chat with Adam and he got everything up and running for us in no time
Support always there and my problems get solved straight away! I feel happy knowing there service is a few clicks away

I've been using this app for 2 months now on the free plan. It was okay to install everything following the instructions on the dashboard. The Customer Service is superb! I've spoken to them twice, and my issue was solved straight away! Highly recommend!

Von Anfang an schwierig. Die Beantworten keine Fragen schriftlich. Sondern versuchen Dich in einen Call zu ziehen. Der "kostenlose" Test lässt Dich nicht alle Features testen. Im Endeffekt sollst Du ein Abo abschließen, bevor Du Geld mit deren App verdient hast. Support drück sich unklar aus. Will dass Du buchst aber drücken es nicht so aus. Für Leute mit Geld die darauf reinfallen, bzw denen es irgendwann zu blöd ist. Wie sich am Ende alles integrieren lässt, habe ich immer noch nicht erfahren. Ist auch auf der Seite / App nicht zu erkennen und total unübersichtlich. Andere Apps sind da viel viel besser. Für riesen Firmen vielleicht egal viel Geld auszugeben, bis es dann läuft. Ich will gleich wissen, worauf ich mich einlasse.

Das Team hat Ihnen daraufhin angeboten, Sie mit einem persönlichen Anruf zu unterstützen, damit Sie das Programm richtig einrichten können - zu keinem Zeitpunkt hat jemand vorgeschlagen, Ihren 14-tägigen kostenlosen Test zu beenden.
I really enjoy working in the platform. It's one of those tabs I always keep open. One of the reasons we chose this app is due to the flexible nature of the widgets. I can put them anywhere and I especially love the zendesk & UGC bult on. Those were must haves!
Daniel was super helpful when i had issues with pulling in tagged reviews. He went above and beyond to get them working in a couple of places for me.
Easy to integrate, lot of improvements in just a few months and the support is super-responsive and helpful.
