I'm glad they have a dedicated customer service team, or else I wouldn't have been able to upload the code on my own. I look forward to using that app. I'm excited about the prospect of gathering more product and website reviews.

Features are great, and your users can leave reviews without creating accounts on some third-party system. Support has been great, and the free trial lets you test most of the features. Not the cheapest, but worth it for the value.

I had a seamless and positive experience transitioning from Loox to Reviews.io. The staff at Reviews.io were incredibly supportive from ordering to installation. Really helpful when I needed support on implementing widgets on our website. Connects with Klaviyo and you can do your own HTML designs of emails too. Lot's of functionality.

Migrated over to reviews.io from Trustpilot about 9 months ago and haven't looked back...cheaper, better support, better widgets, better conversion rates, better integrations...just better in every way.

Honestly one of the best apps i have used, all the support is quick and helpful. We have been dealing with Kai who has gone above and beyond. Hes implemented all the widgets we needed. Really amazing..thanks Kai! I have also been dealing with Daniel who is equally as helpful! amazing customer service!

Expensive and they make it extra hard for you to cancel a membership, squeezing the money out of you as long as possible. There are apps with the same features which cost a fraction. If you want to cancel your subscription, you need to talk to a customer service who wont reply for hours. Then you have to confirm the cancellation via email, which doesnt arrive for hours. And if you are not planning to use the app for the remaining time, there is no partial refund for unused time. We spoke to the customer success team. No concessions at all. Very unhappy with the process and people. Again, there are apps with the same features, better support and lower prices.

The support is unbelievably good and pro-active - via Live Chat as well as via E-Mail. Reviews.io offers some really innovative and useful features. We use the dynamic link feature to send out review invitations from our newsletter tool and we insert widgets via copy & paste code - it's all pretty easy to use and Reviews.io give you lots of styling options for its widgets, without any need to code.

I had some problems with the installation but contacted customer service and talked to this lovely person named Mollie. She helped me with everything I needed. So the support is great especilly if you are lucky and get Mollie!

Excellent app! The support is competent and fast. This is how work is fun. Can only recommend this app. We are a very small shop and are happy about the free plan. I hope to switch to a paid plan when there are significantly more sales in the future.

To cut a long story short, we had a very convoluted onboarding process (entirely our fault). Reviews.io have been so accommodating and helpful, and patient, extending some of our services as a goodwill gesture to help us get caught up. The whole team is very professional, and the technical support from Kai has been excellent. Very excited to start getting some new reviews and building our social proof - will write an update once we properly get off the ground
