Have been using the app for 6 months now. Have had excellent support throughout and can't recommend them highly enough. Patient with my lack of knowledge, persistent in tackling the issue and above all got the job done. Our site looks amazing with all the reviews. Have tried a few review apps, very happy to have found these guys.

We used Reviews.io to have a one-stop platform for all our reviews needs and we even got some of the paid add-ons that is really useful for managing reviews on various 3rd party review platforms. Even the basic plan is extremely useful to get feedback from your customers and it's so easy to set up and use. Shout out to Kai and Jake for assisting me with some technical stuff that saved me so many hours of manual tasks and we're able to send 8000+ review requests to recent customers within minutes and also to make sure we are able to put forward the best photos in the reviews for future customers to view. Next step, we will be trying to build a bank of UGC (user generated content) to be displayed on our website using Reviews.io's widgets and add Un-invasive review widgets in all our product pages. I am confident our revenue will improve just with some of the tools reviews.io offers in their plans.

Using this app to give our customers and easy and effective way to write reviews. I am not tech savvy at all and was procrastinating getting something like this set up, but the support team (we worked with Cam!) replied IMMEDIATELY and was extremely extremely helpful. Really nice app. Lots of good features. Easy to use and I like that it's possible to add custom questions regarding fit etc. Also not noticed any difference to our site speed. The support is also great, Kai has helped us out a lot getting Reviews on our store and looking great :) highly recommend!

Amazing support! I was struggling to get the app running. I contacted the support and got help immediately. It turned out that the Shopify shop wasn't connected correctly. After a reinstallation of the app in Shopify and some sync time, it now works perfectly.

So far my experience has been great - I'm still very new to the app, so can't give to much insight into it but, I have to say the customer service is top notch - I've been dealing mostly with Kai who has helped out tremendously with the transfer over from yotpo!! Can't thank these guys enough
