Support is awesome but in the end, there were just too many bugs when importing our reviews from the previous app so we did not keep it. There is too much Review.io branding in widgets, and you don't get access to all features with the highest plan advertised on the app store.

In my experience, the best Review company if you have a Shopify store. They built the best mouse trap for Shopify.

Customer Service (Kai) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very easy transition from Judge.me. Revies.io has so much more feature and the image/video first approach also convinced us. Fantastic app!

Wow... customer service has been beyond incredible. Kai and Adam have been so helpful in my seemingly mundane, but driving me crazy, questions during the set up process of the app. After going through several reviews apps that didn't seem to hit the mark, I think I've finally found one that will go the distance! Excited to work together to get the best from our customers.

Amador was super helpful and great to finally have a platform with verified reviews!! Integrates really nicely with Google reviews too and they can also import in old reviews

Jake was phenomenal! I had an issue with my Customer Reviews not popping up and we were able to fix the problem and now all my reviews are viewable!
