REVIEWS.io Product Reviews App

The support is unbelievably good and pro-active - via Live Chat as well as via E-Mail. Reviews.io offers some really innovative and useful features. We use the dynamic link feature to send out review invitations from our newsletter tool and we insert widgets via copy & paste code - it's all pretty easy to use and Reviews.io give you lots of styling options for its widgets, without any need to code.

Excellent app! The support is competent and fast. This is how work is fun. Can only recommend this app. We are a very small shop and are happy about the free plan. I hope to switch to a paid plan when there are significantly more sales in the future.

Its a great company. I have a complex Shopify Store and they put their developers on the clock to get it exactly how I asked.

Support is awesome but in the end, there were just too many bugs when importing our reviews from the previous app so we did not keep it. There is too much Review.io branding in widgets, and you don't get access to all features with the highest plan advertised on the app store.

In my experience, the best Review company if you have a Shopify store. They built the best mouse trap for Shopify.

Great value for the price, solid features, supportive staff. Great alternative to Yotpo for emerging brands.

Very happy with the app. The support is always available and helps fixing little issues or installing a new feature. Can't complain.

Can't commend the support they will provide well enough, Vilash was really responsive and gave quality advice on how to get the most out of their platform with the current plan I'm on.

Wow... customer service has been beyond incredible. Kai and Adam have been so helpful in my seemingly mundane, but driving me crazy, questions during the set up process of the app. After going through several reviews apps that didn't seem to hit the mark, I think I've finally found one that will go the distance! Excited to work together to get the best from our customers.

Amador was super helpful and great to finally have a platform with verified reviews!! Integrates really nicely with Google reviews too and they can also import in old reviews
