Something did not work, they helped within 24 hours, and after that I had another issue we did a live meeting with support and 20min later everything worked as planned

Great App. Customer Support is amazing. Thank you, Kai! I used to be on Trustpilot. That was way too expensive. Reviews.io ist perfect for all Shopify Stores. I highly recommend it. Also thank you ISAAC. That was awesome

The app is not easy to understand at first. I had problem installing it. They have a great customer support!!! They did everything for me, they fixed the many issues I had. Specially a BIG thanks to Adam and your patience! The app works perfectly fine on my website.

The team is solid at Reviews.io and we are pleased with the functionality and flexibility of the site and the results we get from use. The variety of widgets and display options is better than most any other app of it's kind. It is very deep, so be prepared to spend an adequate amount of time setting it up. Support is very quick and very knowledgeable.

Works perfect four about a year now. We used it in our Woocommcerce Shop and now we are transferring it to shopify. No problem at all. Whenever we need help or some custom solutions, the support is super helpful!

Great app with a quick setup time and lots of customization. Customer service members go above and beyond to get you set up, answer any questions and resolve your issues and also take on board improvements. Emailing support is quick and efficient when migrating data.

We have compared many assessment tools. With reviews.io, the price-performance ratio convinced us. Now we have been using it for about a year. The implementation needs some development knowledge. But here you get great help from the support. We have all the functions we need and it works fine. Update: We just relaunched our shop with a new template - and the support team was super helpful. Everything works!

It took me a while to work out what review application to go for. Really glad I went for reviews.io as its super important to go for a reviews platform that people trust. Some of the other reviews scream "drop shipping" The features that reviews.io have are fantastic, I love the nuggets and feel they will play a big part in getting people to hit the checkout button. The dashboard is also super easy to use & review collection process is simple to set up. If I have had any questions they are also really fast at getting back to us and offering help/advice

We have been using Reviews.io for some time, but unfortunately, it's time for a change. While reviews are a crucial aspect of any small business, and negative feedback can be a powerful motivator for improvement, Reviews.io seems to prioritize the consumer's perspective at the expense of the retailer's fair representation. We have repeatedly encountered situations where customers have posted reviews with incorrect information or outright falsehoods. When we've requested these reviews to be removed or moderated, Reviews.io has consistently refused to act, leaving us, the retailers, unfairly exposed and unable to present our side of the story. We do respond however the damage false reviews causes our small business is sometimes irreversible. A review platform should ensure a balanced and fair approach for both consumers and businesses. Unfortunately, Reviews.io does not provide this balance, making it clear that our interests are not being protected. With numerous alternatives available at a much lower cost, we are seriously considering switching to a service that values fairness and transparency for both parties involved. Reviews can only be removed if extreme, in my opinion, criteria is met (vulgar language, spam/advertising, off-topic, and conflict of interest). There is NO option for fake reviews or false information in the review. None whatsoever. I am aware that Reviews.io might claim to be the superior choice, but when they leave retailers hanging out to dry, such claims are irrelevant. Our account renewal is coming up in a few months, and we are actively exploring better options.

This app is great for collection reviews via email! You can also have them showcased on your website homepage. It's easy to use and manage. The customer service is incredible via live chat. If you need any help with set up or would like to make any custom changes, they are so quick and effective. Go team! We cant recommend enough!
