Love this app! Really easy to collect reviews. The interface is very user-friendly and our customers find it easy as well to write a review. Shows on Google ads once you have 100 reviews as well! Highly recommend.

I'm new to these apps so I can't comment on the overall experience just yet, but I did want to come here initially to show my thanks to the Support & Dev teams. Incredible levels of support and every issue I've needed help with has been taken on and fixed/implemented in a friendly and quick manner. Thanks for all your help so far!

THE way forward for collecting reviews. We were with a previous review company for a number of years but the help/integrations/functionality were not a patch on Reviews.io. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Service is superb!

Reviews.io has great features, innovative backend and superb support team. Highly recommend it. The video first review request emails are really rocks. If your crownd are millenials, REviews.io is a definite go.

Unfortunately we had issues mapping unique identifiers for google shopping, so could no longer continue using reviews.io. But they reached out and took my previous review productively so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Support were always great.
We normally use either GTIN or MPN to match your reviews with your products in Google Shopping. This in most cases is the most reliable and recommended way to match. Unfortunately, because your products didn't have GTIN or MPN it was a challenge to match.

Bisher fantastisch. Ich bin gerade noch am Einrichten von REVIEWS.io Besonders wichtig für mich war/ist der Import von bestehenden Bewertungen, die ich über die Shopify Bewertung-App gesammelt hatte. Über den Support ist das möglich und alles war an einem Abend erledigt. Ich bin begeistert! UPDATE: Immer noch fantastisch. Neue Bewertungen kommen täglich rein. Der Support ist genial und super schnell, egal um was es geht.

Wir sind begeistert von Reviews.io Leistungsumfang, Support & Pricing. Vorher haben wir Trusted Shops benutzt und hier haben wir mehr gezahlt für weniger Features und der Support von Trusted Shops war grottig.

Everything was going well until the actual implementation of the widgets and import of our reviews file. The developers replaced our previous reviews widget on a LIVE PUBLISHED THEME which did not work. So all our products were showing "0 Reviews." When I reached out to my account manager and customer support, they told me it would take up to 2 BUSINESS DAYS to reverse or fix this problem. So I have to sit here and wait 2 days for you to fix your mess-up? Why did you develop on a live theme? I switched because customer service was slower on stamped, but at least they knew what they were doing. I do not have the confidence the rest of our platform is suitable if you can't even manage this simple task. UPDATE: The account manager escalated this to their CEO/CTO and the matter has been handled exceptionally. They stand behind their product.

Perfect customer support, very fast and very helpful. Reviews.io gives you everything what you need as an e-commerce shop. It is easy to implement different snippets in your shopify shop so you can show your customers reviews in different ways. I totally recommend it.

Great reviews app and amazing support. I can highly recommend to use reviews.io. They are truly developing their app based on the customer needs, which is truly amazing. Especially the Country Manager for Germany is highly supporting and is doing an amazing job. Finally also a reviews app, with which the Google Product Rich Snippets worked instantly.

Excellent support by the team at Reviews.i.o, particularly Kai. He couldn't have been more helpful when we required some assistance with setting up the 'Review widgets'. We already use this app on another of our websites so it was no surprise to get such excellent support as usual!
