We use the app in several stores and are absolutely satisfied. But the best thing is, if there is even a small problem, the support is immediately on the spot and helps - competently, quickly and reliably. Thank you!

Have been using the app for 6 months now. Have had excellent support throughout and can't recommend them highly enough. Patient with my lack of knowledge, persistent in tackling the issue and above all got the job done. Our site looks amazing with all the reviews. Have tried a few review apps, very happy to have found these guys.

We had ups and downs for a while with reviews.io but it seems to work smoothly now. Our success manager Andrew is willing to help the best he can and is doing a good job so far.

Amazing support! I was struggling to get the app running. I contacted the support and got help immediately. It turned out that the Shopify shop wasn't connected correctly. After a reinstallation of the app in Shopify and some sync time, it now works perfectly.

Best customer review platform available on the Shopify platform. We have used ShopperApproved and can confirm that Reviews.io is a superior solution.
