Ich habe länger überlegt, welche Bewertungs-App ich nehmen sollte. Wichtig waren mir google Sterne. Daher habe ich mich am Ende für review.io entschieden. Die App bietet mir genau das was ich benötige, verschiedene Bewertungsanfragen für verschiedene Produktarten, eine automatisierte Dankes-Email und tolle Darstellungsmöglichkeiten der Ratings auf meiner Seite. Das Support Team ist grossartig. Direkt nachdem ich die App installiert hatte, kontaktierte mich das Support Team und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Sie standen per Email, live Chat und Video Call zur Verfügung, bis wirklich alles perfekt eingerichtet war. Grossartig!!!

Amazing review platform! Really customisable and scalable for multiple products. Customer service is amazing amazing -- they helped me set everything up and answer all my niggly questions within the day! I genuinely feel like I'm in safe hands!

Excellent app with a huge amount of functionality compared to Trustpilot (we migrated from them) - it also costs much less. Support is excellent and they go the extra mile

Shivangi, Amador and Kai are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and did the technical setup on top of that. I don't think there can be a better service. Thank you also to the other staff involved in the correspondence. Reviews app and service works very well, and I now have a system of Shopify-Reviews-Klaviyo that meshes neatly.

We were with Feefo, and not very happy as it's super pricy and hard to connect with Shopify. After some research we switched over to reviews.io and couldn't be happier with the onboarding process we had. Used reviews.io in a few other capacities as well, and know they're worth the money.
