SUPER amazing account management and support! The integration is very clean, and our rep Nancy patiently spent a lot of time answering questions and training other members of our team. When we required development work, it was executed very well and in a timely manner. Really can't ask for much more from a vendor partner!

I just started with reviews.io as it looks great and has different features to collect reviews. Mollie from Reviews.io was such a great help integrating it with Shopify and helping me with diverse questions.

The service is great, they are always onboard to help with any questions, I have not yet pushed the App to our live customers yet, but with the set up reviews.io have been super helpful!

Reviews.io is an amazing platform that keeps evolving its features. The out of the box widgets and features natively integrated with Shopify made it a breeze to get up and running. They also have a robust api that has allowed us to do some pretty advanced things outside of the standard offerings. Support is quick to reply and has been very helpful. We are very happy with this platform and are excited to see what new features and improvements they release next!

Like many here, we made the switch from Trustpilot after we could no longer justify the high expense of using their service. We get all the same important features we had on Trustpilot like json-ld product data, Google product reviews, questions/answers and more. On top of this they offer more widgets and they work better in our site. The responsive customer support is just the icing on the cake. Happy customer :)

We switched from Trustpilot when Trustpilot wanted to raise their prices significantly yet again. Reviews.io made the switch easy as possible, and the Shopify integration was simple. I think the platform is better than Trustpilot as well as being cheaper! :)
