Es ist sehr leicht das System mit Shopify zu Verbinden und Bewertungen zu Sammeln. Bei Problemen und Fragen ist der Support und die Technik/Entwickler super hilfreich und schnell per Chat zu erreichen.

REVIEWS.io is our trusted partner to collect verified reviews. They have a lot of widget options for displaying reviews in addition to robust reviews collection options. Tech support has always been great although we rarely need help outside of customization. All in all, I believe REVIEWS.io is the best value in reviews platforms.

Through reviews.io we could import the reviews from amazon to our shopify store. The support team is amazing. Big thanks to Mollie and Shane.

We have been using reviews.io for at least the last 3 years and couldn't be happier. They are great to deal with, customer service has helped us out with whatever questions we have and overall has helped created trust with our customer! Thanks reviews.io

Stay well clear! I downloaded this app as I wanted to show all product reviews on every product page. I contacted customer services via email with the correct csv required to upload my previous reviews. They informed me they needed more information and if I wishes to upload more reviews it would be $99. This service is actually free with many other apps. They also sent me an email 20 minutes later, before enabling me to reply, saying they were wrapping up the conversation! Why?!? Give at least 24 hours for an email response, it’s not like I was wasting time on a live chat. I then deleted the app and I was called several times about why I had done so. I explained I did not want to discuss it further and blocked the number. They then persistently continued to call me from other numbers and left voice mail messages asking about my business goals. Absolutely appalling after I stated I no longer wanted to work with them. I have now used Fera.ai with no charges, easy to install (so haven’t needed to contact customer service) and app appeared exactly where and how I wished without editing any code.

Brilliant support from very helpful real people. Easy set up and installation, we've been using them for a couple of years now. I just did a theme update and they were super helpful with it. Mollie was particularly helpful. Thank you! xx

We are have been using reviews.io for the last 6th months on a number of websites. The functionality of the review aggregator is the best we have used thus far. The technical support from their team is second to none. Superfast setup and installation with Shopify. We have seen a +50% increase in review feedback from customers and this has a positive influencer on our overall conversion rate.

We have been using this app for a almost a year.Like this app and we are very happy to upgrade our plan.The reviews help us to grow.I like the invitation settings and we have a good conversion rate.I also have submited requests to add new features,they are pretty helpful to handle for me.Staffs like Andrew,Comerson,Mollie all have assisted me with the problems.Thank you all for your professional help.

Amador and their team have been super helpful all along the way: from importing our existing reviews, to setting up review collection flows, and explaining the Google Rich Snippets. They helped implement their code when I was having trouble, and they even stylized it to fit our branding.

Good friendly company that explain all the things that are important when setting reviews up. Solid system, trusted by google. Customer services staff know their stuff and are quick to help and resolve any issues.

Big thanks to Carlus, Matt and the rest of the reviews.io team. They were super helpful in helping migrate our reviews to a new platform and took care of the whole process including replacing widgets. Carlus was excellent at onboarding and showing me the ropes of the new platform and features. The platform gives us so many more options than our previous solution and at a far better price! We use Review.io to integrate verified Reviews in our onlineshop and to show the feedback at our landing page . The set up took a while, because we had various customizations to do. During the whole time, the reviews.io did an incredibly good job und were always there to help. No matter how complicated the question or problem was, reviews.io managed it to solve it quickly and help us. They are very friendly, supportive, and always think one step ahead what makes it easy for us to adapt new settings. We are very happy to use reviews.io and we can absolutely recommend it!
