Good friendly company that explain all the things that are important when setting reviews up. Solid system, trusted by google. Customer services staff know their stuff and are quick to help and resolve any issues.

Big thanks to Carlus, Matt and the rest of the reviews.io team. They were super helpful in helping migrate our reviews to a new platform and took care of the whole process including replacing widgets. Carlus was excellent at onboarding and showing me the ropes of the new platform and features. The platform gives us so many more options than our previous solution and at a far better price! Keep up the great work team.

We use Review.io to integrate verified Reviews in our onlineshop and to show the feedback at our landing page . The set up took a while, because we had various customizations to do. During the whole time, the reviews.io did an incredibly good job und were always there to help. No matter how complicated the question or problem was, reviews.io managed it to solve it quickly and help us. They are very friendly, supportive, and always think one step ahead what makes it easy for us to adapt new settings. We are very happy to use reviews.io and we can absolutely recommend it!

We've been using the app now for the better part of a year. We've found it easy to work and is has great visibility on Google. It was far cheaper than Trustpilot and the customer facing teams have been good. We recently moved another of our brands over to Reviews.io and I have to say, Carlus really stood out. He ensured we were onboarded successfully, was always quick to respond and helped troubleshoot where necessary - he certainly stood out.

Couldn't speak highly enough of the level of service that our Reviews I.O team have given us since we joined this app. Working with Cam, our Customer Success Manager has meant everything has been installed and set up efficiently with so much support for our requests. Already we have seen great results from using this platform and i'm looking forward to seeing further successes with the more we do with this platform. Highly recommend!

I needed to export the CSV of all reviews on this platform before uninstalling the app (it's pretty pricey when compared to competitors), only to be advised that in order to export reviews I am required to UPGRADE to the next business plan. This is unheard of. I'd do my homework and avoid. UPDATE: I was not told that exporting reviews were possible without paying UNTIL I left this review. The below is the email I received from Reviews.io when I initially asked for the reviews to be exported: Hi Sarah, Thank you for getting back to me. As per conversation with my colleagues in the Sydney office, you can export your reviews but would need to upgrade to our Growing Business Plan , which can be done within the dashboard. It is a good experience to set up widgets and a lot of individualisations are possible to adapt to your shop look. A few things need code. The support is excellent and very helpful. I can truly recommend each one of the support team. They all deserve 5 stars.

I absolutely love Reviews.io. It simplified our ways of collecting reviews from manual emails and asking customers to share info on other platforms if they liked the product to all automatically happening behind the scenes. We also had 60,000 previous orders before we installed reviews.io and the team there guided me through how to go back to them and ask for reviews quickly. So that really helped speed up the process of getting lot's of social proof quickly. Plus the team have been very quick to respond for the couple of questions I've had in the last 6 months or so. Also, I love how customers can upload pic's that really helps generate a lot of UGC and most of all lots of cute pics of dogs. Love it!

Reviews.io is a very well-built and robust reviews platform. We spent time installing many of the other review apps listed in the Shopify app store and picked reviews.io based upon the many features and benefits. We like the customization that can be done on the review widgets. We also like the flows and emails that can be sent - I believe this is the only app that offers flows similar to what you see on email marketing apps. We have a setup call that was very professional. We have no hesitation in recommending Reviews.io for any e-commerce brand looking to enhance and boost its online reviews and reputation.

The app itself is awesome but the support from the team is what really makes this a stellar reviews platform. They continue to innovate and add new features. We tried other review platforms in the past but nothing has come close to what the team at Reviews.io has built.
