Wonderful support and fantastic product! It's really helping gauge feedback for customers and help assist more people quicker. There are limitations and the cost for add-ons is a little steep but what can ya do, I still love reviews.io

Carlus Buchanan helped me really quickly and well, so I am very satisfied, a very pleasant person who makes the work a lot easier! I used Yotpo before and recently started using Reviews.io so far I really like it. I am also thinking of switching to Revieuws.io with my other website soon Kind regards, Hugo Roels

Absolutely the best integration for reviews on Shopify! During the transfer of TP to reviews.io we got assisted by the Customer Success Team who was instantly there if we had a question or even extra wishes. A big plus is that they have teams sitting around the world so no matter when you have a question they're instantly in the Service Chat and help you out. Price to value is also great and the integration in our online shop looks amazing! My final conclusion - as maybe expected - I can highly recommend Reviews.io!

Great app, great support. The onboarding team was really great and it doesn't just stop there. The support team is amazing and it really helps us to promote our brand and products! I would say this is a must have for small and growing business to set you apart from the big brands

Great app and very smooth onbaording process. Very responsive in trouble shooting. Way better than some traditional review softwares.

The product is fantastic, and the customer support is second to none. Amador has been there to help get problems solved in a hurry each and every time we run into a roadblock. As integrations continue to become more robust, it's only improving the functionality of the app. Very happy that we made the switch to Reviews.io Update: A year later and the support continues to be fantastic! Amador continues to knock it out of the park with the support provided.

Es gibt uns die Möglichkeit, seriöse Kundenbewertungen mit echten Erfahrungen, Fotos und Videos unserer Kunden auf einfache Weise zu verbinden und im Shop darzustellen. Durch diesen User-Generated-Content haben potentielle Käufer die Möglichkeit, an den Projekten von Kunden teilzuhaben. Das deutsche Team mit Shane und Niklas ist großartig. Sie sind nah an der Community und leisten eine großartige Unterstützung. Auch die App und das Dashboard sind schlank und funktionieren gut. REVIEWS.io ist eine Top-Empfehlung.

This app has one of the best customer service I've experienced. Nancy and Amador were great and helped me a lot. They respond within minutes and actually step in and fix things for you. I also like the awesome widgets available, the features and the UI. Highly recommend!

Eine App die alles in einem hat. Shop und Kundenbewertungen! Wir haben lange nach so einem Setup gesucht und sind so froh mit Reviews.IO etwas für uns gefunden zu haben! :) Tolle Beratung und einfach nur ein tolles Setup. Kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen :)

Honestly, not only is this the best review app on the market, the customer service is impeccable. I am based in Australia and no matter what time I need support, there is someone available to help. I am a big fan of Reviews.io!

reviews.io is by far the best reviews app out there. We really did a lot of research before we decided for reviews.io, but I am so glad and thankful we did. We have more than 10 stores overall and switched all of them from judge.me to reviews.io. The integrations also with other apps such as Klaviyo and many more are super smooth. Most of all we appreciate the support, and the transparency of reviews.io in general. We only found out later that this is not necessarily the case with most platforms on the market. reviews.io became much more than just a reviews platform, just features like video reviews are so powerful, as we can also use user generated content in ads, e.g. and also started using other tools such as fullpicture.io which is also powered by reviews.io
