This app might work for some people. But here are some things that did not work for us: 1. Much slower help from support than other comparable apps 2. Bad defaults for us 3. No way to upload images from website So cannot recommend them for our use case. But support is polite, though not as fast at install as other apps. Also brought in the whole Jquery library just for a widget, seems overkill.

We moved across to Review.io and have been super impressed with the whole team. The reviews software is really great and excited to see the development of a number of new products they are bringing out.

**The most unprofessional review app we've ever encountered!** They create a public review page for every business on their platform, allowing anyone to leave anonymous reviews—regardless of truth or accountability. Even after we stopped using the app, people can still leave false 1-star reviews anonymously, damaging our reputation with no way to defend ourselves. I personally reached out to REVIEWS.io on November 5, 2024, politely requesting that our page be deleted since we no longer use their services. Not only did we receive NO RESPONSE, but our page remains active, and every attempt to contact them has been blatantly IGNORED. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. Avoid this app at all costs! It’s a nightmare for any business trying to maintain its reputation. Save yourself the frustration and don't trust reviews.io!

The setup was quick and easy. Also the support offers fast and competent help with questions and problems. Thanks to Carlus at this point! I can recommend the app to other stores.

I needed help setting up my account with this company and Glen has been amazing helpful with me, answering all my questions and sorting the matters. Update: Kai from the reviews.io team was excellent in assisting me with some integration issues. When we had a few technical issues Carlus from reviews.io was on hand to assist and get everything we needed working. Great service and great reviews platform.

Great tool and highly recommended. We are using this tool to get Company Ranking, Product Review, and Local Store Ranking. The tool is integrated with Shopify and will allow us to integrate other channels via API. Their support team is outstanding. They give solutions to all requests and set up everything in no time.

Only done the onboarding so far but the service is incredible and everyone is super helpful. The integration with other apps works perfectly fine and I'm looking forward to having review.io live!

I would highly recommend reviews.io. They have plans suiting all scales of business with an excellent and prompt support team. Cameron is a great asset to the company as well. He was super helpful with all things from providing us the best suited plan to its implementation on the account. Must have!!

Was definitely worth it switching over from Stamped.io to Reviews.io! Huge shoutout to Kehan for explaining the POWERFUL functionalities of the app in helping to accelerate our business growth and also MASSIVE thanks to Andrew & Cameron from the ANZ customer support team for being there to help me with installation & my incessant questions during Aussie hours.

I won't trust my customer review data with a company that advertised 14 days free trial but charges your credit card after one day? Not to mention that its the only shopify app that won't let you cancel now and only in 30 days. Would you?

The support team is awesome and really quick at responding to requests. The setup process was also super smooth, their team installed and configured the widgets to our needs. Also, loving the product star rating we're seeing on google ads, getting quite a conversion boost so overall really happy with the team and app! Keep up the great work. Highly recommend.

The most amazing reviews app along with the friendliest, most host helpful support team ever. They've helped me integrate with my theme with ease and are always there if I have questions. The reviews I'm now collecting are more detailed and also more meaningful to my business and also to other customers. 10/10
