Eine App die alles in einem hat. Shop und Kundenbewertungen! Wir haben lange nach so einem Setup gesucht und sind so froh mit Reviews.IO etwas für uns gefunden zu haben! :) Tolle Beratung und einfach nur ein tolles Setup. Kann ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen :)

reviews.io is by far the best reviews app out there. We really did a lot of research before we decided for reviews.io, but I am so glad and thankful we did. We have more than 10 stores overall and switched all of them from judge.me to reviews.io. The integrations also with other apps such as Klaviyo and many more are super smooth. Most of all we appreciate the support, and the transparency of reviews.io in general. We only found out later that this is not necessarily the case with most platforms on the market. reviews.io became much more than just a reviews platform, just features like video reviews are so powerful, as we can also use user generated content in ads, e.g. and also started using other tools such as fullpicture.io which is also powered by reviews.io

We moved across to Review.io and have been super impressed with the whole team. The reviews software is really great and excited to see the development of a number of new products they are bringing out.

I needed help setting up my account with this company and Glen has been amazing helpful with me, answering all my questions and sorting the matters. I'm all set up now and just waiting to build up a nice reputation, thanks to Glen!! Very good and prompt service from all the team anytime it was needed. Happy to start working with them!!

Update: Kai from the reviews.io team was excellent in assisting me with some integration issues. When we had a few technical issues Carlus from reviews.io was on hand to assist and get everything we needed working. Great service and great reviews platform.

Great tool and highly recommended. We are using this tool to get Company Ranking, Product Review, and Local Store Ranking. The tool is integrated with Shopify and will allow us to integrate other channels via API. Their support team is outstanding. They give solutions to all requests and set up everything in no time.

Only done the onboarding so far but the service is incredible and everyone is super helpful. The integration with other apps works perfectly fine and I'm looking forward to having review.io live!

I would highly recommend reviews.io. They have plans suiting all scales of business with an excellent and prompt support team. Cameron is a great asset to the company as well. He was super helpful with all things from providing us the best suited plan to its implementation on the account. Must have!!

I won't trust my customer review data with a company that advertised 14 days free trial but charges your credit card after one day? Not to mention that its the only shopify app that won't let you cancel now and only in 30 days. Would you?
