The customer service from ReviewsIO is absolutely top-notch - it stands out amongst all of the other apps and services we work with and just 'makes a difference' (big thanks to Carlus and the team today who very quickly resolved a Shopify code issue for us). The app is great too, managing reviews and keeping an eye on things is made very clear and easy.

We were looking for a reviews platform for a while when we came across Reviews.io that met all of our needs at a fraction of the cost of some of the other options available. The setup was very simple and the customer service/support is amazing. Their team take the time to review your account on a regular basis to make sure you are optimised for success! Definitely would recommend.

Well, to make a long story short - on company plugin website they state that Question & Answer is avaliable in a Small Business plan. After conversation and paid for a developer to install that plugin on our website - they said "I apologize. The wording on the pricing plan page needs to be updated." If we knew that we would use differ plugin - not waste out time ! Lesson learned

Truly fantastic solution, super easy to integrate, and a great team to work with. I love their dashboard as well as the way you can combine relevant reviews. The social tools are also increadable.

This app is exactly what we needed when we started looking at upgrading our review platform. While other apps have annual contract minimums or very very high fees associated Reviews.io was perfect for allowing us a great customer experience and allowing us to grow under their app. 5 out of 5

We looked at a few options as we wanted both a place for our customers to know that our reviews are verified so they can trust them while also allowing these reviews to be seen by Google. The main area that stood out with reviews.io is the support, Vilash in business development and both Amador and Carlus in customer success have been excellent. We asked a lot of questions and they were really helpful and proactive. This stood them apart from others and I'm happy with our decision and implementation.

I've been using REVIEWS.io for nearly 1 year now and they are excellent. They've always provided instant support and have helped me with some suggestions to boost my review conversion rates. The reviews in which you receive are all invite-only, so you getting only quality reviews that have are been verified. I would highly recommend REVIEWS.io to any growing business.

Update to the saga - The Reviews app had an issue and none of the review requests were sent. I send several support requests regarding this issue and nothing was done. reviews agreed to refund my years subscription as i want to cancel but every time i ask were the rund is they seem to forget an=bout the agreement they made. I have now had to cont my credit card comapy to get the refund as the team at Reviews.IO simply can not be trusted Have yet to use the reviews.io plan as we are waiting to import reviews from our old app. The features look good from what i have seen. I signed for the Growing Business plan paying 12 months upfront, then also charged for the monthly plan! had the monthly charge refunded. To be honest they are quick to correct Keep an eye on your credit card statements.
