It took a bit to get to customer service, but once I did it was awesome. They helped me fix my issue in no time. LOVE them!

Its a good app. But whats really good is the support!

the Customer Service is Excellent!

Jenson has stepped into help several times and provided amazing service and resolved import/config questions on each occasion. Top CS to go with a great product.

Helpful and prompt support. Only gripe is that it's a bit painful to swap between review pages when operating multiple stores.

Top service. had a question, was connected with a live support employment person (luke). he solved my problem quickly. Nice to have live support available in 2025 - thumbs up!!!

I have used review.io before on a different account and it was super easy to use. This time, I was setting it up from scratch on the start-up plan and the support team were incredibly helpful. So far so good this time round, would definitely recommend.

I am very disappointed. The company is advertising three plans here in the App Store, which seems competitive with other apps. But the truth is that the highest plan in Shopify is just a bait-and-switch offer. In reality, it is one of the lowest plans the company has. If you are a company that has between 300 and 500 orders, you have to switch to a higher plan, which is not available in Shopify. The switch is also highly problematic and unprofessional. You then have to switch to credit card payment. However, the Shopify subscription is not stopped, but simply continues to be charged. I have been trying to get a refund for more than a week now. They keep putting me off and saying they can't access the Shopify plans. That's not professional...

Easy to set up and super helpful customer support!

I had an excellent experience with the support team throughout the migration process to the Review.io platform. Their assistance made the transition smooth and efficient. Additionally, the seamless integration with Klaviyo and Shopify was incredibly helpful and made everything much easier to manage.

Setting up was a bit tedious at first, but everything is working super well now. Chat and email support is very helpful and responsive.

So far so good, support is quick and easy and the platform is diverse enough to let you do most things.
