We are happy with the service provided by Reviews.io since we onboarded about 3 years ago. Their customer service is always fast to help regarding issues and the Integration into Shopify and other tools work as expected. Can definitely recommend the tool.

I have used review.io before on a different account and it was super easy to use. This time, I was setting it up from scratch on the start-up plan and the support team were incredibly helpful. So far so good this time round, would definitely recommend.

Great support, functional, I specially love the shopify premium plan, price value is untouchable, thanks reviews.io for this wonderful tool. Also a special thanks for Jenson for his very accommodating service practise, appreciate!!!

I am very disappointed. The company is advertising three plans here in the App Store, which seems competitive with other apps. But the truth is that the highest plan in Shopify is just a bait-and-switch offer. In reality, it is one of the lowest plans the company has. If you are a company that has between 300 and 500 orders, you have to switch to a higher plan, which is not available in Shopify. The switch is also highly problematic and unprofessional. You then have to switch to credit card payment. However, the Shopify subscription is not stopped, but simply continues to be charged. I have been trying to get a refund for more than a week now. They keep putting me off and saying they can't access the Shopify plans. That's not professional...
