Beware when you go to cancel the service, you have to go and check your email which it doesnt let you know was even sent to then double opt out of their service. When I brought up this scammy slimy move they said they wouldnt even refund it unbeknownst they kept charging me month to month. Had to dispute them with my credit card. Terrible business practice and they were also no help with install. Very pricey.

Early days, but so far I'm really impressed with Reviews.io and their Shopify integration. We used to use TrustPilot, but having had year upon year of ridiculous price rises, no feature development and poor customer service, it's refreshing to have lots more features, for less money, and also better support and service. We have our reviews set to send 7 days after customer orders are marked as delivered and customers can leave photo and video reviews. Simply excellent.

Have been with Reviews.io for many years now and veyr happy. I'm moving my website to Shopify and was having some teething problems with a couple of Reviews.io widgets. I contacted them and was quickly connected to someone who went into my website and sorted out putting in the Reviews widgets correctly. Their website was also very clear and useful as well for helping me integrate the Reviews.io widget on my new Shopify site.

We have been using REVIEWS.io for some time and the portal has developed a lot. We recently migrated the website from Magento to Shopify and the migration and integration was straightforward. The support is excellent. Maddox resolved a recent issue promptly. We would have given 5 stars not 4 if it wasn't for the recent near doubling of the price. That said it is still way better value than Trustpilot and I understand a lower cost plan is on the way.

Their customer service is extremely slow. I downloaded the app and selected the highest-tier membership, which came with a 14-day trial. However, after installing the app, I realised that there are additional membership tiers beyond the one I chose on their website- not on shopify. It means some key features require even higher payments. I could accept that part, but when I tried to upgrade my plan through their customer support, they couldn’t take timely action. As a result, by the time they responded, my 14-day trial had already been reduced to just 8 days.
