Would highly recommend installing the REVIEWS.IO app for collecting your reviews. It integrates seamlessly with my Shopify website and the dashboard is very easy to use. The customer service provided is helpful, fast and responsive.

We've been with Reviews.io for years now across Magento and now moving over to Shopify. It's hassle free, full of features with support you can rely on when needed. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to take company and product reviews seriously.

I switched from another provider to Reviews.io. I was helped super fast and well with the export/import of the previous reviews and also with the integration into the theme the support and the dev team was very helpful. All in all, I am very satisfied so far and am excited to collect the first reviews via reviews.io.

Been with Reviews for years, their support is fantastic and the integrations are on point. I do wish there extended plans were slightly cheaper, but I guess you can't have everything.

Looks good but cannot even install the widgets, get them displayed on my web, giving up... Please make it easier, what about automatic?

We have plenty of articles to help assist you with installing REVIEWS.io onto your Shopify store and are more than happy to answer any questions you have regarding the installation. Unfortunately, due to each store's set-up being different, it would be difficult to provide automatic installations for all clients, however, if you are using a 2.0 theme in Shopify, we have easy app embeds that can be added using drag&drop. I've been using Reviews.io for my Shopify store for the past few months, and I'm absolutely loving it. The app is incredibly easy to use, and it's helped me collect hundreds of reviews from my customers. I love that I can customize the look and feel of the review widget to match my store's theme, and I also appreciate the fact that I can easily segment my audience and send targeted review requests. The customer support at Reviews.io is also top-notch. I've had a few questions along the way, and they've always been quick to respond and help me out. I really like how easy it is to use this program as a whole. The design is clean, easy to understand, and simple to use, which I really like. The learning curve was not too steep, which made using the software very easy and simple for me. It's clear that the main goal of its creation was to help people understand it. I can't end this review without mentioning how much help Leila gave me when I started working there. Her advice was very helpful. Leila's deep knowledge of the software and her ability to explain it in a way that was easy to understand made the training process much easier for me. Thank you, Leila, for making my time so much fun. You set a high standard for customer service.
