This company appears to be run by Bots/AI - it is impossible to speak with anyone - the app DOESN'T work and you simply get fobbed off again and again

Extremely helpful. Helped me every step of the way across 2 days worth of issues, as I got to grip with the software and integrations. The support was easy, simple, and extremely helpful - not mention very knowledge with what the issue.

Super smooth onboarding experience with great support from Maddox. From signup, to review migration/import and being live and collecting reviews in only a couple of hours. They even helped us map product handles to SKUs as the export from our previous review app didn't include SKUs. Far superior widgets across the board.

We are very sorry to hear how you feel about REVIEWS.io. We are aware of your ongoing issue and apologise for how long this is taking to resolve and we understand the impact this has on your business. This has been a high priority for our developers and they have been working on this for you. Our systems have been updated, however, Cloudflare is not updating. Unfortunately, this leaves us in a difficult spot as we have pushed all necessary updates on our side. We are hoping Cloudflare updates as soon as possible. First we are told we don't have an account - we have been with reviews.io for 6 years, and then we are told they can't help ...yet they can do what we need with a competitor Huh? HUH????

Horrible customer support. I reported the issue 11 days ago, and nothing has been solved. Their team is too lazy to do their job responsibly.

We are happy with reviews.io Once the automated reviews are set-up one can be sure that this topic is crossed of the list. The support is swift and helpful. Have used them a lot and never had a bad experience. Some of the features are not optimally efficient yet (like not being able to one-click sort the list of pending invitations for e.g. order numbers or invitation dates) but those are minor compared to having to do that all manually. So we recommend using reviews.io.

I'm extremely satisfied with the Reviews app. It’s incredibly useful for allowing customers to see others' opinions. We encountered a few issues, but Adam resolved them promptly and was very kind throughout the process. We are very pleased with his customer service and would definitely recommend Reviews.
