Not user-friendly at all. Unless you have a dev, out-of-the-box features don't work or are very glitchy. For example: - Referral link doesn't show on customer account main page, customer needs to go to "Profile" to see their link. - Loyalty landing page is an absolute mess out of the box, sections are misaligned, color customizations don't work, and there are padding issues. Unless you plan on doing custom CSS, it's not worth it. - Support doesn't help at all, tells you "You'll need custom CSS". Some of the CSS things they mentioned, I was able to fix with a shopify settings. If you ask for help, they mentioned that you'll need to upgrade to their $699 month plan to have them help. Terrible experience, would not recommend.

We spent seven weeks trying to set up Rivo and were never able to launch because of a technical issue on their side with the advocate reward not auto-applying. We went through every troubleshooting step they asked, recreated API keys and ran multiple test purchases, but the issue was never resolved. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication. Despite the problem completely blocking our launch, we received no meaningful updates and it was unclear whether the issue was being prioritised at all. This gave us very little confidence in Rivo’s reliability or how quickly future issues would be handled. We’ve now had to move to another provider after investing a significant amount of time trying to get this working. Not a good experience and wouldn’t recommend.

Rivo has been great so far, they've assisted with any issues I've had in reasonable times! Abbie et al have provided phenomenal assistance throughout our time with Rivo!

So far I'm finding it hard to get in contact with their support team. Their app says 24/7 customer support. I find I can only get a response late in the evening, which makes the migration hard when unable to get a response from customer support.

We encountered an issue preventing integration with Klaviyo, which proved challenging to resolve. The problem was escalated to Rivo's engineers for troubleshooting. After concerted efforts from the entire team, we finally resolved this integration issue.

An amazingly personable and incredible support experience! Arianne in the Rivo support team has been absolutely wonderful in delivering, what quite frankly and sadly is a lost art and passion in todays digital age.
