The support is fabulous. Even with the free tier, they would treat you with all the help they can provide. I interacted with Abbie and she was very considerate and helped me a lot.

Our clients have really enjoyed earning rewards when shopping with us. Arianne was very helpful when I reached out to inquire about why some accounts were not earning their points and it was very quickly fixed! I’d recommend this app because it’s very easy to navigate. Even for a novice like myself. I had a question and Pete FIXED EVERYTHING for me. He even gave me helpful suggestions for my website along with instructions to do it! He didn’t have to do that for me. But, he did. So grateful to have had some real help for the first time since I created this website.

First time looking into reward programs & I landed with Jel from the Rivo Team - 5/5 STARS. Super helpful, very friendly and she knew what she was talking about! She alleviated all of my doubts as well as my concerns and even walked me through the setup. Don't go any further than Rivo, you won't find better service!
