Great support and fast response times. Lot of good documentation, some of it does seem to be outdated for the old way that they did landing pages but overall easy to get setup.

(Updated Review 8/12) Rivo is a great app at an affordable price. We had a hiccup in the past, but they sincerely took ownership of the problem and made it right. Don't pass on Rivo, your customers will thank you.

It has taken me a little while to get everything set up - not because it's confusing necessarily, but because there are so many awesome things you can do with the app. I did have some initial issues with the integration with Klaviyo and setting things up on that end. But Bryan (with Rivo) helped me out quickly and even created a "test" account to help to make sure it was working from his end! Thank you so much!
