It has taken me a little while to get everything set up - not because it's confusing necessarily, but because there are so many awesome things you can do with the app. I did have some initial issues with the integration with Klaviyo and setting things up on that end. But Bryan (with Rivo) helped me out quickly and even created a "test" account to help to make sure it was working from his end! Thank you so much!

Great app! The support is excellent! Tried different loyalty apps before, but this is definitely by far the most flexible one and most likely suitable for many different kinds of loyalty programs.

After weighing up lots of programs we tried Rivo and were not disappointed. The flexible pricing structure is great and for the price included all the features we were looking for regardless of plan. Support team is fantastic and shout out to Abbie and Pete who helped us set up our landing pages and customise it to what we wanted for free! We were up and running in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend!
