I normally do not provide reviews for companies, or products unless they stand out and I will say Arianne at RIVO provided the best new customer onboarding experience. She quickly answered my questions, took ownership on getting my system setup quickly and correctly. Without this engagement, I would have likely uninstalled their application. Congrats to Arianne and RIVO for having such a great customer onboarding team. All the best.

Says free plan available - this is no free plan. It s a trial. After that it's $24 a month.
Hey Karen M Designs team! Thank you so much for your feedback. We have a free plan that's available for smaller shops that do 200 orders a month or less. Otherwise we have affordable plans that start at $24 a month (most features). Happy to offer a longer trial to make it work for you, or work out a longer term price. Arianne was super helpful with helping me finish getting my setup completed. She even went as far as helping me with something I didn't even know was a thing (Favicons). Highly recomend this app. Very cool app and excellent customer service!
