Stay away from Ryviu. In their plan and offerings, they have mentioned Google Rich snippets in the first plan which makes you believe that you can display your reviews and ratings on google shopping ads/SEO. However, after installation, reviews import, when I read their tutorial at the time of implementation, it says "This feature is available on Ryviu Unlimited plan only". Hi there, Yen from the Ryviu team here. As explained via Live Chat, the "Google Rich Snippets & SEO" feature refers to star ratings displayed in normal Google search results, not Google Shopping. Firstly, this software can solve my current problems very well. When I encounter many problems during use, the staff can help me solve them very well. They can even assist you in solving them without your worries. You only need to express your needs, and the staff is very patient in solving my problems. Starting from the free package, I have decided to upgrade the package because they are worth it and are indeed very useful.

Best review app. Plenty of settings, easy to use, and very fast support Upd: we already using it for a while and support is fast and excellent. There were some bugs in app work, but they were fixed quiet fast

I recently switched from Stamped to Ryviu Reviews and couldn’t be happier with the decision. The support team is always available and incredibly helpful. In my opinion, it’s the best value review app on Shopify. Highly recommend!
