Great tool for a company that does not have developers. Especially great support when something goes wrong. Their rep Alex Harper saved a couple projects that were coming down to the wire and helped me make a deadline.

I highly recommend Shogun. Their app is extremely potent and easy to use, being able to create stunning pages! Their support is furthermore extremely polite and very quick in resolving matters. I can't praise this team and product enough. :)

対応が早く親切。英語表示なのと、スマホとパソコンの見え方が異なり、その調整が難しいので★4つにしています。 Quick and friendly response. I give it a 4 because it is displayed in English and the way it looks on my phone and computer is different, and it is difficult to adjust for that.

Exceptional support. Proactive and focused on problem-solving, the staff members contribute significantly. The app is deeply integrated and fully functional, consistently driven to update its functionality. It's not cheap, but the value you receive in return is substantial. In my opinion, it's the best tool you can get!

Price increase from 39 to 99 USD? This is ridiculous. We just use it or rather used it for a couple of pages. We will now switch to an alternative.
Hi there, Benjamin. Thanks for leaving us a review and sharing your feedback. We have indeed changed our plans and pricing a bit. However, I feel there is some misunderstanding here. Your account is still subscribed to our old/legacy plan and we are not forcing you to upgrade your plan. You can continue to be on the same old plan until you have the app installed. If you uninstall the app or upgrade, you will lose the legacy plan you have when it won't be possible to downgrade back to the old plan. However, as I suggested, we are not forcing you to change the plan. You can continue to use it while the app is installed. I tried to connect via phone but that went to voice mail. I have reached out via email and I would appreciate it if you could reply to me should you have any questions or doubts. Sweetan | Client Services Shogun

I emailed the helpline from Shogun with an issue I was struggling with and I received a very prompt reply from James who understood my issue and gave me a couple of different steps to be able to solve it right away.

Shogun has been the best solution I've found to adding new pages to my site without having to find a developer every time (my original Shopify dev ghosted me after 5 years). Whenever I've run into issues (mainly where I couldn't figure out how to do something), their customer service team is very helpful and quick to respond.

Andre is the man!! He was patient and he tested the page on the mobile browser where I was having the issue. He then figured out the issue which was caused by a mistake from one of our team member and sent me a loom on what is happening and how to fix it. Thanks Andre for your patience and your help. You saved the day!
