We needed a new marketing email service and SmartrMail is by far the best we have used. They respond within minutes if you email them with any questions regarding their app. I would highly recommend using SmartrMail!!!

So easy to use compared to other email marketing apps! Also bringing information and photos from Shopify is automated. Makes things a lot easier :)

Hi Nicolas, I use this app for my newsletters. I this that the template for the newsletter is really good. The problem that I have is adding new clients to receive my newsletters. It's very monotonous. Also, one of my clients received the same newsletter four times. Thanks!

They charge you, but you cant use until you ASK them to run a "security check" on your account, which takes a day, then after paying, your account still not functional - many messages I need to go to a paid plan WHEN I AM ALREADY ON A PAID PLAN!!!!!!!! Then they said it was fixed, email supposed to go out at 12, bug again on the mailing system, email went out at 4pm. I would recommend finding another email marketing app and not commiting the same mistake as me from choosing these guys. Ah and I am just leaving this review because they kept me asking on the chat to leave the review via automated messages.
Hi Apollo Vapes team, We're really sorry you had this experience. In terms of approving your store, we need to manually approve some stores if they hit certain risk factors. Even if you pay right away, we need to do a review. This can take up to 24 hours especially when we have a lot of stores to review. We do this to ensure spam isn't sent of our servers and ensure our merchants maintain the best deliverability standards. Also on your email not sending. It actually was sent at the correct time. However you had a 1% bounce rate which is actually 10x over what we considered high. Therefore inbox providers throttle your email which resulted in you receiving it 4 hours later. Their customer service is probably the best I have ever received. I would highly recommend this app. Its working perfectly for us and we are already seeing a return based off our 1st newsletter.

I used this app to start my email marketing. This has been something that I have neglected because it seemed to complicated. This app made it easy to set up my monthly newsletter and email campaigns. The complimentary video chat with Josh was great and helped me learn the system and get up and running quickly.

After moving from Mail Chimp to SmartrMail I've been really happy with the product. Easy to use, effective and the support service is quick. Definitely recommend as a good alternative to Mail Chimp!

Wir nutzen das Tool im deutschsprachigen Raum und es erfüllt die aktuellen GDPR Anforderungen. Die Empfänger können sich einfach und sicher von den Newslettern abmelden. Darüber hinaus ist das Tool sehr einfach in der Nutzung.

Fantastic, easy to use app! So often you get "FREE" Apps that have most features blocked out, or you have to buy them. This delivers exactly what it says it will and it is super easy to use.

Very good app, so easy to set up and edit Email. The only thing I need to do is finish editing an email, the app will do all the rest.

I used this app to simplify and save time with email marketing. This app is so easy to use and is very quick to custom design emails. Since using this app, my open emails have increased. I would only ask if the pop up could have more features. Received quick reply and very helpful guidance with pop up newsletter. I also had 1:1 chat with support - so helpful and learnt to improve email marketing. Highly recommended.

Exactly what I needed! Easy to add products into emails without the hassle of copying and pasting all the product info. Saves me money and time. Only have sent 1 email and already made a sale!!

This is a great app at a great price. You won't find all the bells and whistles you will with some of it's more expensive competitors just yet but for the price you can't beat it. Customer service has been amazing.

I have used a number of services including mailchimp, klavio and springbot. It may well be proven that the other options provide more reporting analysis and features but here is my view. I am a small business (however when I say small - £1 million turnover and 5000 subs). For years I have struggled to find a product that enables me to send emails quickly, efficiently, easily. THIS product does it. There is a really nice weekly auto email that goes out keeping your customers coming back which is a nice feature. Segmenting and auto flows are available so all manner of follow up emails can be created - its down to your imagination to make it work. Equally as importantly the customer service is superb. I have regularly used the chat and received prompt support - they even reproduced an email for me which I had created in the wrong section and was concerned I would have the time to duplicate it in the right section. A very very friendly support system and a product that sits JUST RIGHT in terms of ease of use and feature set. Why have tons of features that you just cannot fathom or make time for as a busy business owner with limited time. Finally.... cost.... OMG.... Nearly forgot! This costs PENNIES in comparison to Klaviyo and Springbot. Flat fee per month covers any normal level of use which is a fraction of the price of competing services. Hope this proves helpful for other small businesses making a very difficult choice on how to develop the email marketing.

Great app and great support. We made the move from Mailchimp and so far this has been exactly what we needed.
