We've been a Smile and Shopify user for several years. Recently ran into some syncing issues and after working with several support agents, we were connected to Angie. She was kind, patient & responsive and was finally able to resolve the issue for us. Angie gets 5 stars.

Just getting started with the app in my shop, so far so good. Appreciate a starter level for smaller, small businesses. Leaving a 5-star rating for Shelby a live chat representative. They assistance me with some questions I had before even signing up for the service, and followed up with me a few days later to see how everything was going. It took me a while to reply and then they followed up AGAIN, to make sure things were good. Really appreciated them taking the time to follow up and making sure I was in a good place with the app.

We've been using Smile for 5 years and it has been a very valuable tool in our customer growth and retention strategy. They have always been reliable when issues come up and we've seen their app grow and adjust to the technological changes over time. Highly recommend.

Ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Code und die App wurde mir nicht in meinem Shop angezeigt, obwohl sie aktiv war. Durch die schnelle Problemlösung durch den Kundenservice (Ezra Alamsyah) funktioniert jetzt alles reibungslos!

Not recommended at all. This app is just such a "pay-to-win" app type.. They have a really basic personalised points program, which does not allow you to make any little modification. In my case, I reached out the max capacity of the starter plan and started considering upgrading to the 199€ / month, but wanted to see how a couple of new things would work inside of the app first. I found out you can't even access your app with all your customers points and information if you don't pay the upgraded plan in advance. I talked with customer support but, in their words: "they cannot do anything bc I maxed it out my plan" I am very disappointed with this greedy policy they work with, and now I am looking for another options.

We’re new to loyalty apps, and setting Smile up has been simple and intuitive. But what really stands out is the customer service responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. That alone makes it worth using.

Smile has made it easy for my business to reach out to customers about loyalty points they've gained with us without even knowing! It integrates with our POS as well, making using points in-person easy. Due to the nature of my business, Smiles tiered price structure meant sometimes I'd pay for orders that weren't points-eligible, but upon reaching out to their customer service, Cole was able help me and my somewhat unique situation so I could retain my customer base as is. And in less than 10 minutes! Definitely would recommend for ease of use and customer service!
